從名字中就可以判斷出她的出身非同一般，毗鄰政府，依湖而建。自然環境不言而喻，微風輕拂，水波粼粼，都市的喧囂得以沉靜而置身其中，最大的感受就是端正。

房間佈局整體而言較為合理，裝修風格延續公區設計風格，簡約大方。色調以沉穩的棗紅色和米黃色為主，湖景房雖然面北，但是落地窗的採光較好，並不壓抑。
