帶孩子來參加活動，沒給孩子帶作業，學校複印卷子總是麻煩前台，前台有個小田，給我複印了好幾次，當時圖片不清晰，小姑娘也沒不耐煩一直幫我琢磨怎麼能印清楚點，當時就感覺這酒店真挺好，孩子給前台打電話，小田也是温温柔柔的，孩子説喜歡這個小姐姐，有一次跟前台要了創可貼，小田以為孩子受傷了，特地上樓來關心問問孩子的情況還送了孩子一個小玩偶，以後來靜海蔘加活動不用糾結住哪了這個酒店就挺好，房間也大，服務也好。

我是出差到靜海開會，攜程訂的房間，不確定會議結束時間所以每天續房。但週六下午4點會議提前結束，我5點到酒店辦理退房，被告知不能退房款。攜程明顯寫的20點前可以免費退房，我是攜程的會員。也出差很多地方，目前這是第一次遇到未入住未退房費的情況。如果是20點後退房收取房費我理解，但是下午5點退房未入住也收取全額房費實在不理解。後期再來靜海還是考慮喆啡，全季吧！
