總的來説還是保持了全季酒店以往的穩定品質。就衹是走廊還沒有空調，比較奇怪。另外地點也相對偏遠了，距離周邊的景點兒。都需要打車，地鐵站還需要汽車，位置比較偏。其他的沒什麼好説的，但是有一個問題就是服務員居然呃強行要求好評。這個呢有點讓人不舒服。

2月27日和家人來旅行，入住麗呈華廷酒店，因沒看到大門，前台小哥親自出門相迎，將一切安排妥當送我們進入電梯後離開，房間乾淨衞生，有家的感覺，整體安靜，氛圍好，可能是新店的原因，很温馨，洗衣機等都有配備，前台服務人員有求必應，美麗的小姐姐也會對於我們提出的要求進行合理安排，前台也配備了小小的生活用品，供人使用，給大家提供便利，是一個不錯的體驗，適合一家人出行，一家人短期小住。

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure.
