Suite familiale pour nous : chambre très bof (bon point pour la douche avec pression) repas pas bon, PDJ médiocre. Piscine hors service depuis des mois je pense... Acces super difficile surtout avec valise. Pour clôturer le tout pas de CB, ils exigent du cash pour créer une arnaque derriere :: ils ont dit a Booking que nous ne sommes pas venu alors que nous avions payé à la resa ! Pour se faire payer en double. A fuir !!!!!

Rafiqa et Issam nous ont accueillis comme des rois. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle nous a préparés à manger et s’est débrouillée pour nous servir tout ce dont on avait envie. Les brochettes de poulet étaient délicieuses ! Nous avons eu droit à un thé de bienvenue, et ensuite un autre thé servi avec la chicha préparée par Issam. Les chambres étaient confortables, la salle de bain est équipée de tout ce qu’il faut. En bonus : une vue splendide !!!😍 et la décoration typique du riad nous immerge complètement dans l’ambiance marocaine. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et remercie chaleureusement Rafiqa et Issam pour cette expérience plus que positive 😍

Very warm welcome from Zach, who likes to help people discover his region. Very good guide in the palm grove and the gorges. But, dilapidated, dirty room, broken toilet. Error in choosing blush on advice. Color too dark. I call immediately to warn and bring back. Once arrived, the manager refused to exchange it for me because she said I used it (I came home at 6 p.m. and brought it back the next day). I spent €120 including €64 for the blush! She finds me a lame excuse not to take it back! Impossible to argue, she insists on "you used it" when you didn't and looks down on me even though I had also taken more products. Too bad, I wanted to buy from SEPHORA but in the end I don’t regret returning to NOCIBE! Flee SEPHORA and what's more they take a significant commission on each product!!

Low price but what a disappointment when you compare the real Situation with the description on ***********. Would be a four star? In my opinion two stars would be already too much…. Swimmingpool? At the neighbours…… Room of 30square meters? Only 20 at max Food was not prepared well. Tajins were ‚burned‘. Hardly warm water in the smal douche. Douche and toilet didn‘t feel hygienic. In the bathroom a fountain instead of a washbasin and there was a bad drain smell in the building. After dinner there would be music, but i haven‘t seen any musicians. Only positive point for us was the breakfast.

Accoglienza pessima. Mi viene detto che non esisteva alcuna prenotazione effettuata a mio nome.Ho mostrato la ricevuta sia della prenotazione sia del pagamento effettuato ma non mi è stato possibile pernottare. Il tutto comunicato nell'indifferenza più assoluta.
La struttura è completamente diversa da come viene presentata sul sito : ho potuto sostare solo nella "hall" che si presentava sporca,maleodorante, trascurata, con la biancheria stesa ad asciugare che pendeva da una balconata interna:
difficile immaginare un'esperienza così sgradevole .

Horrible...they cancelled our reservation and gave it to another person. When we arrived they said to us that they didn't receive our booking, and when we try to refund our money they didn't answer the call when people from ********** called them to solve the problem. Really bad property.
