For breakfast, we are given a choice of 3 different menú. No fruits are given.
Location is excellent with 2 buses traveling towards the city centre where there are a lot of tourists. One of the buses is Tiran E Re. This bus makes a round of the city in either direction. You can take another bus from the city centre to a cable car place. The bus name is porcelin.
You can take the Tiran E Re bus from the Tirana Bus station where coach buses end at.
The Arc hotel is hidden from the sight from the main road. It is just behind the ALES building ( attached) where both buses pass by.
There are a lot of amenties nearby. You can eat at kfc, pizza outlets, etc.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, good service but it is not so close to the center although you can go by bus or on foot and if you ask at the hotel they will call you a taxi that would cost about 7 euros. The truth is that quality for the price is not That's wrong

If you’re booking this hotel, it’s probably because the price. The hotel itself is nice. Big room with all essentials. However, it’s a bit far from the city center. During the day you can use the bus to the city center. In the evening, the bus comes to this area only until 10:30 PM. If you’re late your options are to either walk for 50 mins or get a taxi which is around €7-8.
The sound proofing is not so great too. You will probably hear very clearly your neighbors. (I could hear some screaming from one of my neighbor 😉)
The staff are very nice and friendly.
