The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was cheap and delicious. There were plenty of amenities. The shower leaked a little from the booth, but not enough to leak outside the bathroom. When I opened the window at night, I could hear the noise of young people in the neighborhood, but I was tired and it was no problem for me to sleep. Compared to a typical Japanese business hotel, there was no particular inconvenience. Above all, the smiling faces of the staff are fond memories. Thank you very much.

Very nice hotel in the center of the lovely Tirano, clean rooms and equipped with every accessory. Very friendly and courteous staff; very small indoor spa with high prices for the service offered. I recommend this structure, but for the Spa go elsewhere for example: to the Terme di Bormio, the cost is the same but you have many more rooms and you can spend a day relaxing not just 1 hour!

Excellent service provided by the reception staff, answered all my queries clearly and was really helpful. The cleanliness of the room was great but could have been a little better, with a great range of amenities provided. The breakfast provided was fantastic as well.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gentleman who checked us in spoke English, German and Italian. The room was clean. However there was no air conditioning. We had a fan and one window in our room. It was comfortable with the window open and the fan on.
The hotel was about 1/2 mile from the Tirano train station. Although I liked the staff and our room, we had trouble sleeping at night because of the noise level outside of the building. We had to keep our window open to avoid becoming too hot but the street outside had a good amount of traffic and a stoop across from our window was a hangout for a loud group of teenagers. If there’s a room that does not have windows facing the street I might stay here again. However I did not get a good nights sleep so I will probably not return to this hotel.
