WHEN WE BOOKED THEY SHOWING ALL THE GAME SIDES AND ETC BUT WHEN WE ENTERING IN TO THE GAME PART. IN UNDERMAINTENANCE. AND IN RECEPTION MANAGEMENT SERVICE PERSON ARE VERY VERY BAD EXP. AND MORE IMPORTANT THEY DOES'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK WITH GOOD CUSTOMERS. WORST EXP I EVER HAD IN THIS NEW YEAR 2023. HOTEL WASTE OF MONEY AND OUR ENJOYMENT SPOILED IN MANY SITUATION . AND MAIN THING MANAGEMENT NEED CHECK WHETHER THE RIGHT PERSON WORKING THIS ORGANISATION. THEY ARE FIT FOR THIS KIND OF HOTELS. OVER ALL GREY SUIT HOTEL PERFECT COMBO FOR CELEBRATIONS AND ROOMS ARE VERY NEAT AND GOOD. BUT SERVIE EMPLY;S RECEPTION PERSON'S ARE ITS TOO WORST Behaviour. THANK YOU.

Good infrastructure but not so well maintained. Spa not opened yet. In the restaurant tandoori items are not available every day and varieties are limited. Lighting in the bathroom is insufficient.

It’s a decent property to for short stay. I didn’t explore too much since it was just a day stay. Needs a bit of maintenance in the rooms and the beds are little bit very soft and uncomfortable. There were not too many staffs but what we ordered to room we got on time. Overall a good place to stay. No worries on the safety as well.

Service was excellent, food quality was awesome. Room services are better than other hotel in my experience. More over safety of our belongings fabulous. Recommended for family and official business trip can plan this property.
