The location is next to the train station and the transportation is convenient. The Hotel is right on top of Japan Railway Tokushima Station and one minute walk from the main bus terminal in Tokushima, too. Hotel was built about 30 years ago but it is well maintained and rooms are spacious compared with more recent ones. Hotel staffs are very courteous. It forms a part of the station building where you can find many restaurants with Japanese and local flavors as well as souvenir shops.

We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed it. Located across the Tokushima JR station and next to a few shopping areas, it's easily accessible. The hotel car park lot (self-park) is just next to the hotel building and the parking fee is 800yen (3pm to 11noon, just one-time entry) and you can pay the fee at the hotel reception. The room we have is deluxe double, double bed at East Annex. The room is clean and comfortable. Just like other Japanese downtown business hotels, the room is not big but we able to open up two suitcases and still have room to move around. Breakfasts have Western & Japanese choices and we especially love they included local food and cuisine. Public onsen is located at the 11/F and we enjoyed it too. Staff are friendly and speak okay English.

When you ask the lobby person about the means of transportation, the bus is in front of the next prefectural office, but one hour. It is said that everyone goes on foot because the taxi is also crowded. It came out at 17 o'clock in the middle of summer evening, but it is still hot. 1.7 km walk 25 minutes, sweat, duck! It is easy to be in a commercial facility called Amiko, but compared to the hotel near the liquid, it does not return to physical strength! So, after seeing the dance of the kusunoki beach, a little free dance hall, the ryokokubashi dance hall? Small dance hall? I walked around the awa dance pedestrian heaven area and walked through it! If you proposed a taxi near the station, I saw it better! The traffic regulation was from 18 o'clock, so it was not crowded even in the taxi at 17 o'clock. I feel the shallowness of the response of the lobby. I think it was a mess. No. I felt like a hotel that strongly sought efficiency, but I think it was shallow. I feel the danger of our hotel in the staff consciousness that it is normal to walk 25 minutes in midsummer. If you go to awa Odori, you don't know, but you may use smile hotel Tokushima and so on. Can I park at the hotel in front of the station this time? I was worried. This hotel was about ２００ planes and three-dimensional, and it was free. It is a thought and trouble.

If you stay separately from an old inn, the room is large, affordable, with a large bath, fresh flowers, and well cleaned, which is very good. I also like the atmosphere of the landlady. Since it is an old inn, it smells a little cigarette, the corridors are dim, and the carpets are peeled off. However, considering this size and degree of freedom, I think it is more than the price. It's about an annex, so I wonder if there used to be a main building.

I made a reservation because I wanted to stay the night after the drinking party. The room on the first floor was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that I only used the sauna in the large public bath in the morning, but the sauna was large and comfortable. The room is generally quiet, but early in the morning I heard a popping sound coming from somewhere and it bothered me and I couldn't sleep. It was convenient to be able to go in and out as I wanted with a room card, and I wanted to make the most of my time.

Other online reviews said that the parking lot was far from the station when it was difficult to understand, but the parking lot was easy to understand and it felt relatively new among Toyoko Inns, so it was comfortable. I feel like I saw the information about 400 ｍ to the station. It is within walking distance. If you want to eat something at night, there is Lawson next door and you don't feel any inconvenience. I sometimes see people who write bad words about the front desk, but I just think that either mental state is affected, and there is no dissatisfaction as a feature here. It is the same service as other Toyoko Inns.
