The staff were truly lovely and incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My bedroom was a very good size, offering plenty of space to relax and unpack comfortably. I also appreciated the convenient shared washer and dryer facilities, which were a real bonus for a longer stay, esp for all the hiking ! The location of the hotel was nothing short of amazing. It was surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, foot massages, making dining out effortless, and it was also close to major travel points, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, this hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, practicality, and accessibility, and I would happily choose it again for future visits.

I recently stayed at Yiyuminsu that left quite an impression on me. The room was astonishingly large for the price, with insanely high ceilings that gave it a grand and airy feel. It felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, which was a real treat. The hotel is located in a slightly busy part of town, which is convenient for access to local activities, but it can also be a bit overwhelming at times. Finding the hotel, especially as a tourist, was rather challenging – the directions weren’t clear and navigating the streets late in the evening wasn’t easy. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, making the check-in and overall stay very pleasant. Late checkout was hassle-free and could be arranged easily through WeChat, which I found very convenient. Overall, the hotel combines excellent value with a few minor location challenges, and I would happily recommend it to anyone comfortable with a bit of city bustle.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to Changsha before, and this time I brought my family and drove here, choosing to stay here again. The location is excellent; it's convenient for shopping and dining even without a car. The views are first-class, and the front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They thoughtfully provide complimentary drinks, steam eye masks, alcohol wipes, dental floss, and earplugs, showing great consideration for every guest.

I picked this hotel near the east gate by chance during my Zhangjiajie trip and loved every single day here. Surroundings are tranquil with fresh, oxygen-rich moist air, life pace is slow and relaxing, perfect for a laid-back getaway. Lots of foreign guests stay here, letting me enjoy genuine slow living, so I extended my booking right after original check-out date. Breakfast spread covers both Chinese and Western options with plenty choices. It is only a short walk to the middle entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, where we viewed unique quartz peaks, sea of clouds and the iconic Avatar mountains. Hotel staff are warm and helpful, making my holiday fulfilling and unforgettable, definitely my top pick for future visits.

Our overall stay was excellent! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with four bedrooms and five beds, plus two bathrooms and two shower rooms. It was perfect for 10 adults and 2 children, not crowded at all. We had 24-hour hot water with no waiting, offering great value for money. The service was warm and attentive; they contacted us in advance with a check-in guide and a comprehensive Changsha travel guide covering major attractions and local food, which was really nice. Highly recommended!

Me and my two friends had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, the air conditioning worked great, and the room was cleaned wonderfully throughout our stay. The bathroom was also very nice, modern, and well maintained. We also had some really nice views from the window. The surrounding area was great too, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and massage places nearby at very affordable prices. The pool looked fantastic as well. Unfortunately, we were so busy exploring that we only got to admire it rather than use it! Breakfast had a lot of variety and everything we tried was very nice. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us. They kindly accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The staff also helped us arrange and book our trips, which made our holiday much less stressful. They were available on WeChat and always replied quickly whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and lovely stay. If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The overall environment exceeded my expectations; the cleanliness was excellent, even the corners were spotless. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and the soundproofing was also good, making it especially quiet at night. The staff were warm and polite, making my stay very hassle-free. We stayed 2 nights at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain, i booked 2 rooms for me and my parents with room combination of 2 pax and 3 pax each. The room is clean and the view is nice. Breakfast also not bad. The hotel location is also near to restaurants which we just walk for few mins for our dinner. The breakfast has many variety and quite nice.

This guesthouse was an unexpected delight on my trip. Both the design and the warm service far exceeded my expectations. Most of the room's design incorporates stone, showcasing a high-end and stylish feel. The view from the window is stunning, especially the night lights of Tuojiang River, offering a whole new experience. All in all, I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
