Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi Tokyo|1.06km from Beauty of Japan
The location is great, right next door to Tokyo Station and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The staff in this hotel are fabulous, very polite, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Check in was a nice easy process and I was kindly shown to my room. The room itself is fine, I've stayed in better Four Season Hotels but there was nothing wrong with the room I was given. The bed was comfy but the pillows I found were way too soft. I'm sure however if I'd asked they would have replaced them with firmer options. They also had limited charging sockets near the bed but not close enough for shorter cables so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The shower was powerful, there was a nice deep bath but no bath salts and the bathroom amenities are not miniatures but rather large dispensers, great to save on plastic waste. Robes, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and mini bar are all provided. It appears they don't offer a pressing service because when I requested this they suggested an iron and ironing board to be brought to me instead. I personally don't mind ironing my own clothes so this was fine for me. WiFi was very good. The gym and restaurant are located on floor 7. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel gym and had just about enough kit to get a decent workout in. They had a selection of cardio options as well. There are tin bottles of water and towels readily available. The hot pool was nice to relax in after and they also had a steam room and jet massage shower. Breakfast I had both as room service and in the restaurant. The menu was the same in both but you had more freedom on portion size with the continental option in the restaurant. I also had dinner room service whilst at the hotel. Room service was quick, normally arriving within 30mins of the order being placed. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only constructive criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had more choice, I found the room service menu limited, and I'd like to have had more local Japanese options, especially sushi. All in all a good hotel with fabulous staff in a great location. It wasn't however perfect with the points mentioned above so I can only award this hotel a 4* rating.

Ginza Capital Hotel Akane

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.19km from Beauty of Japan
If you’re a solo traveller and like walking Great location to about 20min walk from the back of the hotel to Ginza shopping centre, the Tokyo JR, subway stations. All the famous brand shopping mall just above the station. The hotel is very immaculately clean and comfy and spacious to stay. The toilet /shower is new and spotless. The only thing is the the noise from the water tap is super loud when turn on. Quite disappointed to see one of the towel have brown smeared marks on it, it maybe have been used (house cleaning issues). Other than that housecleaning was great they make the bed new gown and slippers, great teabags refilled. A great service. The wall is somewhat Jon sound proof but we slept through after the busy day out. So not quite a problem for us. The window can open and lots of cool air can come in. I like the air freshener keep our room and shoes refreshed. We stayed at rm452. It’s a great room The receptionists were fantastic most don’t speak English , one lady speaks little but unfriendly service, one young handsome with gorgeous thick eyebrows the most friendly and speaks very good English, he deserves our 5star. He’s the only friendly guy and very helpful. I got his name wrong so I can’t write it here. The restaurant old man service was great, my daughter has allergies to shrimp and the good old man changes some of the dishes to accommodate her which was so kind and very nice. The restaurant kitchen hand deserve the five stars from us. Overall we had a very smooth stay.

Keikyu EX Inn Higashiginza

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.36km from Beauty of Japan
I was disappointed that it was a hotel selected separately by the bath and toilet on the pack tour of the accommodation site. Rich has a bus in the direction of Tsukiji and Toyosu, close to Higashi Ginza and Ginza Station, and Lawson is in the adjacent hotel. 2F There is an elevator on the back side as well as the stairs in front of the hotel front. The correspondence and facilities of the employees were good. Animation tea and drinks are installed next to the front desk, coffee can be brought to the room with a cup, and there is a newspaper so you can choose the necessary items. When I arrived early and left my luggage, I received a check-in explanation and returned from going out, and immediately went to the room as soon as I received the room key and the luggage I left. However, when I entered the room, the smell ... Turn on the air purifier and go to the toilet. I chose a separate room for the bathroom and toilet, but when I opened the toilet door, there was a bathroom door in front of me, and the lower one was full of black mold, and the inside was also moldy ... The cause of the smell was found to be the bathroom. DHC shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are installed in the bathroom, and when you return from the outing and use the shower, you remove the bath chair and the floor is also black mold. Is this state still 6 in about a year? The next morning, when I woke up, my nose didn't stop ... I went out and settled. The bottle of hand washing soap in the washbasin is hard enough to push. This time I stayed at 2 on a consecutive holiday, but there is no next use. The response was good, but it was very disappointing that the water was not clean.

Pretty decent stay with complimetary breakfast, teatime and evenng cocktails. May not be centrally located in Ginza but walkable, and in fact is only about 20 - 25 minutes walk to Tokyo Station. And definitely not far from the famous Tsukiji Market. Food are also obtainable in the vicinity, although not literally next door or aplenty especially for those who are literally looking for specific food, but good enough for me. With an in-room clothes refreshner, it definitely comes in handy. The staff who were on duty during my 7 nights stay were always helpful and polite. The bed and pillow were a bit soft to my liking but after a tired day out, I still sleep well. Like my title for this review, I was actually expecting more interaction with the 2 robots either than just giving instructions on check-in and out.

I stayed in a twin room with a cypress bath. It was a pity that the welcome sweets after check-in, which were one of the pleasures, were canceled due to the corona disaster. However, the room made me remember overseas hotels with flooring, and the beds, sofas, and Nespresso that were well arranged in a simple room were also delicious. For dinner, I enjoyed Japan with 2 seeds compared to the sushi I brought in and the Japanese sake drinkers of Tsuki room service. Also, the cypress bath attached to the room has a good scent and enjoys Japan here. I was able to relax slowly while feeling the extraordinaryness of the weekend. I would like to stay again.

Nice, new and clean boutique hotel which is about 10-15 mins walk to Ginza area. Walking distance to Tsukiji outer market. Around 25 mins by train to Disneyland. There are 2 metro stations in between the hotel so it’s pretty accessible. Room size for 2 adults and 1 child is sufficient considering that it’s Tokyo. Hotel staff are polite and helpful.

It is a little difficult to recommend if it is 2 name or more, but it is definitely recommended if it is 1 name. Also, there is a discount at GO TO, so if you are an adult, you will recommend taking a room for 2 names. (I don't recommend it for small children. There is no feeling that the wall is never thick, and it is assumed that it is business use, and it is quiet) Tsukiji market is also soba, and there is Ginza, and it is close. There are convenience stores, tarris, sushi shops, etc., and Daiso is right next to the drug store. The net environment is good. The woman has a sample size for 1 times at the entrance and is convenient because she can get it. There are mug cups, pots, ranges in the room and extension codes. Recommended to spend alone.

Japan's hotel space is basically small, but the sparrow is small and complete, there are refrigerators, safes, bathtubs, air conditioners, table and chair wardrobes, etc., the space is very good. The only thing that is lacking is that the outside of our room window is a one-meter-wide gap between the two buildings. The lighting is not so good, but it is also good. No extra bed, no breakfast, the hotel is in a good location from the Hibiya Line Asakusa Line and other subways, and is close to Ginza and Tsukiji Market. The front desk staff also has Chinese, but you need to store the access card at the front desk, because they say it will be very troublesome to lose, so we can understand this.
