owner was fluent in chinese which was convenient, however room was quite small as it was a shared house.

The aunt is very considerate and responsible. Because I took the wrong train the first time, she waited for me until very late to pick me up personally (#／。＼#) The bed was very comfortable and the aunt was like a family member, which made me feel very safe. If you travel alone and are worried about language problems, choose the aunt's house!

The landlady speaks fluent Chinese and is very enthusiastic. She explained clearly how to take the bus from the airport to the B&B and even came to the subway station to greet us.

The owner of the B&B speaks Chinese, is enthusiastic, talkative and responsible. She told us that we had arrived at the subway station near the B&B. She insisted on picking us up at the station. I was very touched to see an aunt in her 70s riding a bicycle to pick us up. The triple room is not big, but it is comfortable to sleep in. There is also a public kitchen, which is convenient for cooking. Overall, it is clean and comfortable. The B&B is about a 15-minute walk from the subway. There are supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants outside the subway station. Accommodation in Tokyo is expensive, and this is a good choice. The persimmon tree at the door is full of persimmons, and the camellia is blooming brilliantly. The environment around the B&B is good. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights.

The hotel is not far from the subway, 9-15 minutes walk, very close to Tokyo, but very quiet, it is a residential area for high-end people. There are supermarkets nearby, noodle restaurants and taverns that operate until about 23:00 in the evening. The locals are very friendly and safe.

I felt at ease, as if I was coming home. The owner's wife was also really nice to me, and I was able to relax. There were many foreign guests (from China) staying, but we maintained good relationships and had a good time. I was even able to talk to the young man about the WiFi connection. The wife gave me sweets and a stuffed panda as souvenirs, and my wife and daughter were very happy. It was in Nerima Ward, a little far from the city center, so I think it was cheap and good. If I have the opportunity, I would like to go again.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the train station to home, but at this price, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.
