2 minutes from Nippori station, the room is compact and pretty clean and quite. Everything you need is there. Staff was very friendly at all time.

The location is very good, the room is small but has private bathroom. I checked Google reviews and found negative reviews from a long time ago. I'm not sure if the owner has changed, but the actual stay was pretty good, clean and sanitary, and the price was very competitive. The size of the room is 28 inches, so it is difficult to unfold the suitcase. Although it is certainly much smaller than accommodations that cost more than 70 USD, it is not mandatory at this price, as long as you can sleep. Recommended for solo travelers! The room is small but clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, but the front desk manager will help you carry your luggage upstairs. Please note that the check-in time of this hotel is 23:00 and the check-out time is 11:00, which is different from ordinary hotels.
