Good location, facilities are okay

You can experience the real local experience. Except for me, there were only Japanese men. It's quite similar to a Korean jjimjilbang. The biggest downside is that there's nothing to do inside. So when you want to go out, you have to leave your key and write something. It's too much of a hassle.

I missed the last train after going out for drinks so I gave this place a try. It's very convenient as it's close to the station. The location is on the opposite side of the tracks so it was a bit hard to find. I knew it would be confusing as it's numbered 1 and 2, but it was still hard to find. I guess it can't be helped... The capsule was comfortable. The bath was a bit disappointing. But I was able to sleep soundly so it was fine.

I was looking forward to it because the room I reserved was a private room. The private room was adjacent to the reception, changing room, and bathroom, and was made of nothing but boards. The noise from voices, footsteps, and work noises was unbearable. It wasn't just a matter of putting in earplugs. And you couldn't even turn down the lights. I would have preferred to have stayed in a capsule room. I was exhausted.

It's hard to stay at this price in Tokyo. Since it is a capsule hotel, there are definitely some inconveniences, but if you are traveling alone, a capsule hotel is okay. However, since it is combined with a sauna, you may be a little confused.

I chose it because Tokyo hotel prices are soaring and the place I want is fully booked. It has a bathroom and seems to be okay for people who just want to sleep. Oriental's first and second branches are located across the road from the front and back. Located right in front of Bunraku, Ueno's famous skewer shop.

It's close to tourist spots such as Ueno Zoo and the National Museum. It's close to Ueno Station and has good access. There are many shops open late, so it's convenient. However, some people may find it annoying that you can hear the voices from outside until late. I think it's enough if you're traveling alone.
