The hotel room was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. However, the soundproofing was a bit weak, and I could hear voices from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The location is right at the heart of Xi’an. Easy to get to different destinations while being very accessible to a variety of transportation options. Breakfast is great, just lacks a bit of variety. Everyday has the same food options. But service and cleanliness is commendable. Overall, had a great stay here🤍

Great location - within walking distance to bell tower, room size is good, front desk service is extremely friendly and attentive

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights. Everything is great, except for the room key. We got 2 keys on checkin. One was used for room power, and this left only one key available for 4 of us, which could act differently and need individual keys. I asked the front desk, and a male receptionist told me that if I lost a key, I had to pay 30 rmb. I asked if it was a hotel rule but didn't get answered directly. I could be wrong, but I suspect that he was not reluctant to give me more. Eventually, he made a more for me, and I followed the "his rule" returned all the keys.

Within walking distance to the main sights of Xi'an. The room was fine. I had an issue with the cleanliness of the hotel. I went to use the bathroom next to the check in desks and they were disgusting. Otherwise, we had a nice balcony area.

The hotel looks very fancy, and the cleaners all have traditional maid outfits. The service is good, the location convenient, and the room was clean. I would like to stay here again.

A nice hotel, well located. Good vibes and athmosphere inside the hotel. I had a standard room for two nights, which was totally fine. They have really good breakfast.

Although the hotel is old, it has been renovated. For someone like me who has high requirements for accommodation when traveling, this hotel is really clean. The hotel is located on East Street in Xi'an, and it is very close to the Bell Tower. I have a suggestion that the breakfast is almost all Western food, and more Chinese food should be made. When I went down to eat breakfast in the morning, there were only foreigners.
