It's a little noisy at night, and it's not bad in terms of cost performance. You can consider sleeping well.

It was very close to bus terminal and busy streets with cafe and restaurants. The capsule was shorter comparing my height, but it was clean and the blanket were soft.

Close to Shinjuku station , 15 mins walk There’s nearby subway too 5 mins called Shin-Okubo They provided hair straighteners in the ladies room which is very sweet 🥲🙏🏽

Very, clean and tidy! It is very close to the subway station and can be walked to Shinjuku. There are many places to stroll around. The hotel is 350 meters away from Shin Okubo Station and opposite the subway station 🈶 Many, many Chinese restaurants! Delicious and affordable prices~ I will definitely stay here again next time! A great choice for a solo travel bag! Couples or families don't mind! Very safe! Boys and girls separated!💯💯💯

Great Hostel Alternative. The Capsule gives you good privacy. Everything (as mostly in Japan) was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet. There’s no common area so you don’t really meet anyone there if that’s what you want. There is laundry on the roof but nowhere to sit, lost opportunity right there… It’s just for sleeping and anything else you need is everywhere around you 👍

Excellent capsule hotel and just a short distance away from the metro , and also a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku area. Bed is comfortable and the toilet is very clean. Staff are also very friendly and is happy to lend a helping hand.

First time trying a capsule hotel! I don’t think i’ll be trying it again 😂 but definitely worth experiencing. Hotel was good. Excellent location. In the heart of Japan’s K Town and very close to Shinjuku

First attempt staying in a capsule hotel. Front desk service is available even when checking in after midnight, which is comfort to know. Good to have luggage by your side. Good location.

Really nice capsule hotel in Tokyo, 15 mins walking form tourist street. Good rooms, capsules. Huge bathroom, several showers. Not far from main attractions. Free towels, slippers, toothbrushes.

After checking out, I was going to write a fantastic review, but as I write this, I'm angry and unhappy that my money was stolen when I was taking a shower the morning before I was about to leave. He began to yell, and I could see he was intoxicated, telling me to leave and go to the police station. I asked the concierge to look through the security footage to identify the person. When I arrived to the police station, they insisted that I wait for three hours, despite my explanation that I was going to board a train to catch my flight. The elderly man at the door was impolite and disrespectful, and I received no assistance. I wish I could upload a video of the behavior of the concierge at the desk. When you stay at the Global Hotel m, sleep, shower and go out with your wallet because the other guests are thieves regardless of their skin color or nationality.

It's good to stay there you someone wants to enjoy the city center life. The price is higher than the room space.

The inside of the capsule, shower room, etc. were not very clean. I found bedbugs on the bed and in the shower room. Fortunately, I was not bitten. The way the shower in the shower room works and the level of recognition of the sensor faucet in the bathroom are slightly annoying, but not serious issues. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers on the rooftop of the hotel, so you can do your laundry during your trip. Detergent is provided free of charge by the hotel, so you only need to bring enough 100 yen coins. Washing machines are 200 yen per use, and dryers are 100 yen for 30 minutes. Amenities include toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and towels. There is a small space in the lobby where you can sit and use your laptop. There is no convenience store very nearby, but there are vending machines for drinks in the lobby and near the front of the hotel. It is close to Shin-Okubo Station, Higashi-Shinjuku Station, and Shinjuku Station, so transportation access is quite good. If you have purchased a Tokyo Metro Pass, I would recommend to use Higashi-Shinjuku Station. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay without spending a lot of money. I guess the price is enough to forgive everything. But I don't think I'd come back again.

It was my first time trying a capsule hotel. The pod was clean, there were hot showers with clean bathrooms. The CBD area of Shinjuku is a short walking distance away. Their sister branch js about 10m on the other side of the road. Overall a comfortable stay.

Convenient for a short stay. Slightly noisy at night but to be expected. Staff were very easy going. Shinjuku station was close.
