Good location, spacious room (for Japanese standards and 3 people), comfortable beds, helpful staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. A good price/worth option. The only problem is the breakfast. There is only ONE breakfast option (sandwich, salad and a drink of your choice). For a short trip (1-2 days) is ok; but for more than 3 (we stayed a total of 8 days in Tokyo, 4 days at the beginning of our trip and 4 at the end) eating the EXACT SAME THING 4 DAYS IN A ROW is tiring. If you want something else from the menu? You have to pay for it… What’s the point of paying for a room with breakfast included if I need to pay again and more to have other options). As a recommendation? Add at least 1 more option for breakfast and interchange both.

The hotel location is very close to Ayase station, about 3 mins walk. Room is very decent as well and has everything you would need. The bathroom is clean and big.

The room is quite decent and small. The hotel is a bit far away and not in the business district, but there is a subway within 5 minutes' walk. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and there are shopping malls and supermarkets 300 meters away. It is very convenient to eat. Service: No service, just average
