Amazing location for quick layover or long transit. Close to Haneda Airport, 20 min walk or 5-10 min drive. Close to places to eat. Highly recommend!

Hotel that's very close to the airport. Offers a shuttle bus service but it's also possible to directly take the train one station. After leaving they room its less than 30 minutes to terminal 3 by train in the morning.

Hotel so clean..i like..if u flight early morning i can suggest u this hotel..

The room is big for one person,just 10 minutes bus from T3, shuttle bus was really convenient. The public bath also cool and comfortable. If you took early flight,this hotel would be a nice choice !

The hotel is quite new so everything is still fresh. Plus it’s got a number of restaurants right close by to choose from. Good choice if you need to stay close to Haneda airport. They have a reliable shuttle bus service too.

Good choice for those landed too late at Haneda airport. Very near to Haneda airport, and it is convenient to public transport, train station.

New, clean & king size bed, ring shower & bath tub separated, FOC for 12 yrs old daughter, enough space to open 1 bigger luggage, quick response as I informed midnight flight. Highly recommended this new hotel but only one thing feel uncomfortable that ring shower tap is below the knees must have to bend over to close it.

Hotel is clean and big enough for small family . However there is no many eating places available near the hotel and there is no housekeeping personnel to send any additional toiletries needed to your room

Comfortable and valuable ,but only have a few of restaurants near the hotel.

It’s a really nice experience to have a short stay in this place. But I thought I lost a pillow in the room during my staying… But nice breakfast, nice location,nice environment.

I found the room to be quite adequate for my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again.

It was a fairly spacious place for a single room. The atmosphere was cozy, the facilities were good, and the location was good because there was a subway station right next to it. They even kept my luggage for a day after I checked out, so I was able to go sightseeing comfortably. I recommend it.

All are very good. Although the room is a bit small, it feels that 317 is a bit bigger than the previous 301. I strongly suspect that 301 does not have 19 square meters. I unexpectedly found that there is an elevator next to the bakery that goes directly to the Sky Bridge Station. In addition, the 20 seats on the airport shuttle in the morning are a bit small. The earlier the shuttle, the more people there are.
