Traffic is very convenience and the room service is good. The room view is ok.

Good location, the foods nearby are so good

The location is very closed to the train station, just few minutes walk and close to everything. Just a little confusing that the checkin isnt at the first floor and doesnt have sign

Room is spacious, but decoration is very old, i.e. wall paper is old style and a bit yellow. No facilities at all but reception staff is friendly. There is one convenient store nearby and close to all rails stations,like JR, skyliner and metro, location is very good.

Overall a good budget hotel. Good hotel for business traveler.

The only double single bed room I could find in Ueno, the location was okay, the facilities were nearly non-existent, the only advantage was that it was close to Ami Yokocho

I made a mistake and booked a smoking room, but they had a non-smoking room available so I was able to change it. The location is really good considering the price. However, they do not clean it due to the eco policy. Noise from the room next door is transmitted as is. It's an old facility so they still use keys. There are no smoking facilities inside, so if you smoke, you have to go far away.

The room is old It would be better if each bed had an extra pillow and a sock socket at the head of the bed.

I stayed the night before, probably because the lower the expectations, the more surprises. The whole room was very clean, especially the bed. When I left, I left my iPad on the refrigerator in the house. Fortunately, I had lunch nearby. I remembered it after dinner and hurried back. They helped me put it away and asked me which room number I was staying in. That's right. After that, I returned the things to me. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I didn't take a picture of the room, and I didn't think about evaluating it at the time. However, I was surprised by the quality of the bedding and took a photo of the toiletries. After staying here, I felt that I still had to leave a review based on my conscience.

It's close to the metro station and all other stations are within 10 minutes. If you don't want to go up the overpass, you can go down through the metro station. The facilities are a bit old, so you have to leave your key with you, and there are no outlets or USB ports at the bedside. There is no electric kettle in the room, so you have to rent it. The soundproofing of the hallway is not good, so the sound of the keys is a bit loud. It's not a busy area, but outside noise is okay. There was also a microwave on the first floor, and they provided luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. There are disposable items such as cotton swabs, combs, and sponges on the first floor. An Aeon supermarket is one block behind and a convenience store is just a minute away. I don't think there's any problem as long as the price is right.
