This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in Tokyo. The facilities are relatively new and clean. The room is large, the suitcase can be fully opened, and there are multiple hangers for hanging clothes. Someone comes to clean every day (you need to put a "clean room" magnet on the door). The mattress is very soft and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to sleep. It is great.
Nishi-Kasai Station is only a few minutes' walk away, but it may be far from other attractions. The hotel is near a residential area, which is relatively quiet and has fewer street lights. This is the only drawback, but it is not a big problem.

진짜 너무너무좋았어요
공간도 너무너무 좋았고 큰캐리어 세개정도는 충분히 들어와요그리고 매일매일 청소해주셨어요
아침에 나가서 놀다오면 청소되어 있으니까 기분이 너무 좋았어요
데스크도 너무 다 친절하시고
주변에 편의점이랑 음식점도 많아서 너무 편리했어요
시부야나 신주쿠 같은곳을 가야할땐 환승이 필수였지만 익숙해지다 보니 너무 편했고 역도 바로 근처라 편리했어요
다음에 도쿄여행올때도 그냥 여기로 예약하고싶을정도에요
