The room was clean but very small. Location was a bit out of the shopping area. About 20mins walk. Train station are near but we didn’t take cos we got strollers. The staff were not willing to answer our questions.

Great hotel except the front desk in the the evening are kind of weird. Another strange thing is they ask you a lot of your personal info like which hotel you gonna book for the next and why you book Monday hotel

Just a bit far from Ueno Station with young kids. But it is quiet and with 2 convenience stores downstair. Overall love the place.

Its actually a 12mins walk from Ueno station. Walk can seem long if u are carrying your luggages. Day 1, housekeeping came in and replace the towels + place additional towels. Day 2 soiled towels werent collected. Day 3 trash werent collected. All despite placing outside our door. Layout of the room was OK. The washer was helpful, but without a designated laundry area. We hang them all over the toilet. When we were checking in we overheard a rude receptionist speaking to another visitor. When our child was running around while waiting to be served, the receptionist stomped over and ask him to stop playing in a ill manner. This puts all the polite Japanese to shame. He could have spoken nicely.

The location is not very near but can walk from Ueno station in 10min. The service staffs were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are quite complete and good, but the water heater and quantity of hot water is limited, need to wait sometime.

The hotel is at a good location, around 10 minutes walking distance from the Ueno Station. Many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staffs were very nice and helpful. The hotel room was clean and good size for a family.

The hotel room is like brand new. We have a very pleasant stay. Thxxxx

Walking distance to metro or JR station within half An hours , cons the check out time is too early 10am. This hotel is the earliest check out time among our 12 days trip in Japan bcoz of that we are asked for a penalty fine JPY5500 for late 1 hour check out.

Great as always

Its location was pretty good for me. For Ueno Station, it was about 7min walk if I remember correctly. Also it was easy to take express train to NRT airport since the keisei ueno station was also quite close (10min walk?)

The room is clean and moderately sized for a family of three. It has a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and oven, which is very convenient. There is a large supermarket on the way from the subway to the hotel. Our last stop every day is the supermarket to buy pizza, tamagoyaki and other food. The next day, we microwaved it for breakfast, which is very convenient. We changed the food every day and it was very rich. There is a subway line to Narita Airport and a subway line to Shinjuku, which takes 8-10 minutes to walk, which is acceptable. There is a 7-11 at the door.

The 30-square-meter room for a family of three was very spacious. The children climbed up the stairs as soon as they entered the door and loved the bunk beds. The double bed was also big enough. The facilities and equipment were very new. There was not only a kitchen but also a washing machine. Dad was sweating after running in the morning, and the wet clothes could be dried immediately. The hotel should be a renovation of an apartment building, so I also experienced the feeling of being in a Japanese drama. It is about 12 minutes away from JR Ueno Station and Uguisudani Station. When going to Ueno Station, you have to cross a bridge. If you drag your suitcase uphill, it will feel fatal. I will stay here next time. It's good.
