Lovely place just the rooms are a little too small. Convenient stores around. Happy overall

staff was not well organise . I specifically ask for a lower bunk bed once in the booking and once when I was there and still my request was not granted

The receptionist are friendly, and also helpfull. It's a nice place to stay.

The room is quite small and there is no elevator there. If you have a big luggage it might be a bit hard to bring your things upstairs but the staffs are really nice and helpful.

We arrived late at night, so there were no reception staff, they sent us a check-in scheme, online check-in was done according to documents Towels are paid - 200 yen, beds are comfortable, shower is clean, there is a separate women's shower, and there is a common one. Very convenient location

The room is rough, but the bed is very comfortable. Each guest has three hangers and a small cabinet where they can lock their important items. Because there is no elevator, guests have to move their own luggage, but the boss will send a drink, and there are alcoholic beverages to choose from. If you arrive early on the day, you can store your luggage for free and even take a shower. Other youth hostels charge 200 yen for early luggage storage, not to mention taking a shower. There is a small kitchen in the lounge on the second floor, an induction cooker, a refrigerator, and some tableware and seasonings. The location is very good, close to Akihabara, Ueno and Asakusa. The price-performance ratio is very high, I will go there next time. Of course, I won't bring a big suitcase~

I was very grateful for the polite response to my phone call when I couldn't make it to the 10pm check-in. When I checked out, the staff helped me take my luggage down the stairs, which was very helpful. It was very quiet both inside and outside the building at night, and I had a comfortable stay. Not bad, very close to Asakusa-bashi subway station, convenient transportation, close to Akihabara, and free luggage storage after check-out, very good! The front desk lady provided great service!

The location is ideal, you can put your luggage first if you arrive early. Cleanliness and service are fine. The sleeping room is very tight, the aisle is narrow, and the bed is not long enough even for tall people.
