B hotel in a excellent location , close to metro stations, department stores, convenience stores, reasonable room size , friendly staffs . Happy with their services. Thank you for looking after us .

The facilities provided by the hotel were basic yet they get the job done. Hairdryer, towels, amenity kits were all provided. The staff ever also nice and friendly.

Room was small, all other was great, located conveniently near train station.

Location is great, train station is just 5 mins away. There’s an ichiran ramen behind the hotel and many food options nearby. Room size is decent for Japan hotels and the view overlooking the streets is nice as well. Staff is friendly and helpful, highly recommend if you’re looking to stay around Ikebukuro.

CP value high, near TRAIN station, many restaurant arrouding, i will come again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, only 5 minutes away from Ikebukuro station with various train lines, making it easy to go everywhere. The in-room facility is comprehensive, and the 24/7 free coffee at lobby is a sweet perk. What satisfied me the most is the service of staff: On the first night staying at the hotel, I got confused with how to use the showerhead. I thus took a picture of the facility and went down to the reception for help, only hoping for the staff to "talk" me through the steps. To my surprise, a young staff member offered to go up to my room and show me how. He went straight into the bathroom to demonstrate patiently how to use each button and knob. Apart from going this extra mile, all other staff are also helpful and polite. I am already looking forward to staying at the b Ikebukuro again on my next trip to Toyko!

Excellent location in Ikebukuro, just 5 mins from station. Just head towards the station 东口, and use the escalator in Parco to get to ground level. Or use the elevator at exit 34 (towards Sunshine City)if you have large luggages or baby pram. They have a snack bar in the lobby with free coffee. Staff are friendly and responsive. For families with young kids, you can push the beds together to avoid the kids falling off.

Location is really good, near ikebukuro station, near many restaurants, shopping malls, arcades, you name it. The only down side is that we're not sure what's wrong with the aircon as it keeps blowing out hot air 🤔 oh but! They provide free treats like macaroons and stuff at the concierge 😋

Good location, near metro and JR, 7-11 in the opposite, restaurants are around nearby, room is reasonable size, can unpack luggage, polite staffs, very clean, will book again in the future. If u really need to pick the cons, some staff at night duty can’t speak English, don’t understand what I mean, Book through trip.com is easy with few clicks on it, the apps is convenient to use. Definitely will book again.
