The room was comfortable and clean, and even had its own washing machine. Although the area is small, everything is well organized. The luggage sent by Kuroneko was waiting for us directly in the room, it was nice.
Good quiet location away from the super busy Tokyo Stn which is a 10 minutes walk.
Staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice lounge for resting and some coffee & biscuit snacks.
Only letdown is the weak and slow internet connection in the room... hope they can improve on it.
Overall, it has been a very good and pleasant stay for us... Will come back again.
The twin room size was a pleasant surprise! For this price in Tokyo, the room was quite spacious. The beds were about 1.2 meters wide, and I could easily open a 28-inch suitcase and a 24-inch front-opening suitcase with plenty of room to walk around. There was even a washbasin outside the bathroom, which was very convenient to use. The room cleanliness was good too. For getting around, it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the subway entrance. Even with luggage, it's just a 12-minute walk to the bus stop for airport buses to both airports, making transportation very convenient. It's also a little over a 10-minute walk to JR Nihonbashi Station.
Very good service. Convenient location. The room I originally booked was really too small with hardly any space to walk, so I paid for an upgrade to a 20 sq m room and the size was more decent. The original room in the photos are the usual size of Tokyo hotels but the layout makes walking across the room very inconvenient and there's hardly space for suitcases.
The staff service is excellent. There is service drink bar. Room is clean and comfortable. There are ReFa’s dryer, hair straightener and hair curler for free rental. Also have the charger cable. The hotel is not far from subway station. There are convenience store and drugstore near by.
The hotel is beautifully decorated with a great aesthetic. Amenities like bath salts are self-service. There's a bathtub and a shower, and the room size is generally sufficient. It's just a few steps from the Shinjuku Line subway station and about a ten-minute walk to the Asakusa Line. Overall, highly recommended.
Coming from Haneda Airport, I took the Keikyu Line directly to Takaracho Station. It's about a 200-meter walk from Exit A5, taking roughly half an hour in total. However, it was quite a hassle as I couldn't find an elevator, which was tough with a big suitcase. The hotel is pretty close to Nihonbashi on foot, and about a ten-minute walk to Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen. The Ginza shopping area is around 900 meters away, and Ginza-Kyobashi Station's Exit 6 is right outside the hotel entrance. The room size was moderate; opening a 28-inch suitcase was a bit tight, but that's typical for hotels in Japan. The breakfast here was excellent, considered quite rich for a chain hotel in Japan.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room as there was more than enough room for my large suitcase to open. I was also upgraded to a woman only floor which had more amenities which were appreciated. Nothing to complain about. Location was good too as it’s close to Tokyo Station and also Nihombashi station for the metro to Haneda Airport. Particularly good price too for the location.
Overall just okay experience. During check-in, the front desk Japanese young man staff, was fluent in English and attentive to me, while training his South Asian colleague. Unlike the staff in T*kyu Stay Sanjo in Kyoto, who was busy training a female rather than serving me.
6 years ago l, I stayed at this hotel in a tiny room. This time I booked a bigger one. Pretty clean n comfy. Breakfast was ok, not much choices but more options than 6 years ago.
Only minimum amenities available, tooth brushes and razors, bath towels. No coffee machine nor instant coffee packs, tea bags for guests. This could be improved.
20 minutes’ walk to Tokyo Station. Straight route. Kayabacho subway station right downstairs. Location was good.
地理位置很好,20分钟一条直路到东京车站(新干线)我走过三次;楼下就是地铁站,很方便;
Oh dear, I forgot to write a review, my apologies!
This is my second stay at this hotel.
Let me start with the conclusion: whenever you go to Tokyo or anywhere in Japan, if there's a Mitsui Garden Hotel in that city, just book it without hesitation.
For the same price range, I personally think it's an exceptionally high-standard hotel among its type.
Regarding this specific hotel, first, the location is excellent. From Marunouchi North Exit, it's about a 10-minute walk straight ahead, a very easy route to remember. The city views along the way are great, and there are various subway lines nearby.
The room size is just right, and the facilities are perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. From the 6th floor upwards, each floor has vending machines for drinks and ice makers. One of the vending machines is specifically for alcoholic beverages, clearly marked. When I came in July, I visited them several times a day; this winter trip, I went less often.
As for service, it was absolutely perfect... According to the policy of most Japanese hotels, check-in time is 3:00 PM. My Shinkansen from Toyama arrived in Tokyo at 2:00 PM. Since I had plans to meet a friend that evening and needed to shower and change, I discussed with the front desk lady if I could pay for early check-in. The result was that I didn't have to pay, and she asked me to wait a moment. About 10-15 minutes later, I was able to enter my room. I'm truly, truly grateful.
Regarding breakfast, the dining area isn't huge, but it's one of the rare places that offers different food options every day. This means even if you stay for 3 or 4 consecutive days or more, you can still look forward to breakfast.
So, if you're coming to Tokyo and need a quiet environment amidst the hustle and bustle, a comfortable room, and attentive service, I highly recommend this place.

PPenguin_BBThere are many hotels available in Tokyo. However, to find a comparatively bigger room is not easy. We made it this time, enough space to put our two large suitcases and still able to move around the room with ease. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood closed to many famous spots and subway stations but about 10 minutes walking required. The breakfast is served with various kinds of delicious food as well as offering snack and drinks all day around. The staff are very friendly and helpful.8

HHuahuahualvlvThe hotel is conveniently located near the Ningyocho subway station exit, making travel easy, and you can take a direct subway line to Haneda Airport. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming, and they even lend out umbrellas if it rains. The room was clean and tidy, and the three-piece bathroom in the triple room was a definite plus. Breakfast was also good. The only downside is that bottled water isn't provided in the room.
KKerry25Excellent hotel with great proximity to Tokyo Station and Nihombashi Station, and is walkable to Ginza. I greatly appreciated all the complimentary amenities: free coffee and soup station, face masks, lotions, etc., 2 free bottles of water each day, a variety of tea bags, etc. The front desk staff were all very kind. The bed and room felt surprisingly roomy. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again.
Iisaac_isacThe hostel has a clean and smelless bathroom. Humidifier placing in the room helps a lot to create a comfortable environment. The most important thing is that the Japanese workers there can speak fluent English, which is completely the opposite outside of the hostel. They recommended me to amazing affordable local Japanese restaurants as well👍🏻
TTangtangtangtangPros:
1. Right across from the hotel is Torikizoku, open until 4:30 AM. This was a lifesaver for us after our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night.
2. The next day, getting a taxi to Tokyo Station was incredibly convenient, taking only 5 minutes.
3. The front desk staff were very professional. When we arrived close to midnight, the elderly gentleman on duty was still meticulously attentive. The two young men at the front desk the next day during checkout were also very enthusiastic and even helped us call a taxi.
The only slight drawback was the air conditioning. There were two adults and two children, and one child slept on the top bunk. They woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot and stuffy in their chest. We didn't know why at the time, but realized the next day it was likely due to the hot air from the AC rising. I suggest putting a small note in the room with tips for those sleeping on the top bunk regarding AC usage.
GGuest UserHotel was very clean, and adequate for our requirements - it's located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance to stations, Akihabara, etc. Kanda has a few convenient restaurants and bars that open till late as well. A 7-11 is next door, for those snacks and what not. Overall, highly recommended!
JJiNJiNJiNThe hotel's cleanliness, service, and dining are all great, typical Hyatt quality. It's quite convenient with a subway station nearby. The only downside is its location right next to an elevated highway, which can be a bit noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. Apparently, king rooms are a bit better, but twin rooms are closer to the highway.
ひひとり遊ぶThe dorm room was very quiet, and the futon was so fluffy and comfortable that I slept really well. Since I was on the bottom bunk, the light peeking through the gap above the curtain bothered me a bit, but once I put on a hot eye mask, I had no trouble sleeping. I'd read reviews saying the hairdryer was weak, but it seems they've replaced it, as it was powerful and dried my hair quickly. If you're someone who doesn't fuss over minor details and just wants a safe, comfortable place to sleep, this is for you! The location is great, and I think it offers excellent value for money.
GGuest UserAs expected from accommodations in tokyo, the room is small, but it has a designated work desk and chair - for those who need to do some work. The main shopping areas in Ginza are about 10-15min walk. There's a very convenient coin laundry around the corner and a 7-11 at the end of the block.
