I booked a twin room, and while small, it had everything I needed. The aisle was barely wide enough for one person, and I could only half-open my 24-inch suitcase in the entryway. However, considering it was the most budget-friendly option per person during my nine-day Japan trip, and located in Kanda which offers convenient access to Tokyo's public transport and shopping, I found it perfectly acceptable. There are three train stations within 300-700m, and it's only two stops to Tokyo Station if you're taking the Shinkansen. The only minor downside is that late at night, around midnight, you can faintly hear the trains rumbling by.

It's been 10 years since I last visited Japan. Originally, I thought I'd have to stay in Ginza for some last-minute shopping before heading back. However, it turned out to be a small Golden Week in Japan, and even the ridiculously tiny 4-star hotels in Ginza were more expensive than this place. After my travel companion and I stayed here, we regretted not having chosen it sooner. It's only a 20-minute drive from the city center, and there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Most importantly, the rooms are spacious and the service is excellent. Next time I visit Tokyo, this will definitely be my first choice for accommodation.

Excellent location in Chiyoda Ward, quiet both day and night. Jimbocho Station is famous for its bookstores and offers direct access to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Ochanomizu is just a 5-minute walk north, making it very convenient to connect to all parts of Tokyo. The smoking room had a slight odor upon entry, but it quickly dissipated with the air purifier. The independent air conditioning unit allowed me to adjust the temperature to my preference.

Throughout this hotel stay, the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel room itself is extremely small. The door actually hits the bed and doesn’t fully open. Furthermor, the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. For most the nights of our stay, I had to sleep on a pillow to make it more cushioned. If I didn’t, my back would hurt waking up. On a positive note, the air conditioner and hairdryer worked extremely well, maybe even a bit too well! That A/C was extremely cold and almost put us in a cryo freeze! We had to rotate shutting it off. For the hairdryer, it was extremely hot so make sure you hold it away from your head. Otherwise, the hotel was close to a subway station which was good.

The room was comfortable, and for Japan, the size was quite good for the price. It's super close to the subway station (West Exit). Just note that if you have large luggage and need to use the elevator, you'll have to go to the other exit (East Exit).

Hotel Niwa Tokyo location is superbly conducive. It is just a 5-mins walk to Suidobashi station, away from crowds during peak periods. There's also an elevator for those travelling with big luggages so no worries. On the day we checked in, the staff helped us even though she showed us the check-in machine. She assisted us from the start until she brought us over to the lift lobby. Her service was 10/10! Room service was amazing. Every time we returned after a long day outside, we always came back to a neat & tidy room. Really helped alot. Room size is way bigger than most hotels we surveyed in Tokyo. Makes packing/unpacking easier = less stress. Upon checking out, we enquired about the luggage delivery service. The receptionist explained to us clearly and we decided to engage the service. We just had to drop-off our luggage earlier in the morning & everything will be settled by the staffs. It made our last minute shopping in Tokyo easier with no bulky luggages to be dragged around. All in all, highly recommend this hotel to everyone who's visiting to Tokyo. You will not be disappointed. Going everywhere only took us 20 minutes via their subway! Saved us alot of time on travelling. Definitely coming back here again when I visit Tokyo next time, already looking forward to it!

The Korakuen Hotel has a long history and is conveniently located next to the Japan-China Friendship Hall, the Chinese-style Koishikawa Korakuen Garden, and Tokyo Dome. Tokyo Dome City offers many amusement facilities with great value for money, and a wide variety of dining options, making it a highly enjoyable destination. The hotel's front desk staff are incredibly patient and can assist guests in Chinese. They also offer luggage storage and help with weighing luggage. Next to the front desk, there are complimentary dining coupons available, as well as some high-quality shampoo samples for guests to try. I booked a single room, which, while not large, was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with amenities, including a bathtub, hairdryer, full-length mirror, a fixed vanity mirror, and a portable vanity mirror. The window was a bit small, but it offered a view of Tokyo Dome, and I could even spot the tip of the Tokyo Skytree in the distance. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the price was reasonable and acceptable.

I had to wait a long time to check in. Even though there were multiple staff members, they were very slow, and the queue behind me kept getting longer. They tried to get me to sign up for a membership, but I was in a hurry so I immediately declined. When I finally got to my room, it wasn't ready. They also only provided amenities like towels and toothbrushes for one person, so they gave me an extra set in a bag.

Great location, close to everything yet surprisingly quiet. Very convenient for transportation, and getting to the 'Musashino' prototype from Slam Dunk is easy too. Just a heads-up about navigation: searching for the English name works best. If you search in Chinese, it might pull up other misleading results.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities, location, and service! First off, the room was quite smart, with clear instructions for operating all the equipment, making for a very comfortable stay! I'd love to ask the owner where they bought the pillows – they were incredibly comfortable! As for the location, it's only about a 3-5 minute walk from the subway exit with an elevator, and the building itself has an elevator, which is super convenient for travelers like us with large suitcases. Regarding the service, the host, Fei, was very friendly, responded to questions quickly, and communication was seamless! Overall, it's a place with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to travelers who want to stay near the city center, or for those like us who are in Tokyo to see a concert at Tokyo Dome! It's only about a 15-minute walk from Tokyo Dome!

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel within a year. It is more like an apartment than a hotel. There are only 9 rooms in the hotel, and they are all very large. The price is very cost-effective for Tokyo's price of around 2,000 (Mitsui Garden is only 30 square meters at the same price), which is very suitable for people like me who often come to Japan and like quietness. The drinks and snacks in the lounge are also free, and the washing machine can be used if there is a vacant space. In addition, the location is also good and it is convenient to go anywhere. Overall, it is highly recommended. The biggest disadvantage is that the アメニティー such as shower gel and hand sanitizer is very difficult to use. I hope to change to a better brand. If you have high requirements for the hotel's public areas, such as large baths, swimming pools, spas, etc., and there is none here, then this hotel is not suitable.

This time, I planned a solo trip for myself. For the first few days, I didn't have much shopping planned, so I didn't need to take things in and out of my luggage too often. That's why I chose this capsule hotel as my first stop. This is a place where you can easily communicate in English. People often imagine capsule hotels as not being very convenient, or that the soundproofing and sleep quality might not be as good as expected, but this hotel didn't have any of those issues. Pros: 1. Convenient location, just a short walk from Suidobashi Station. Perfect if you're planning a trip to Tokyo Dome. 2. Quiet accommodation area, clean shower facilities, and a spacious common area. 3. There's a decent cafe downstairs, I recommend trying it. 4. There's a convenience store right across the street, which is very handy. Things to note: 1. No microwave, refrigerator, or hot water, so anything you buy will have to be consumed easily on the same day. You'll need to keep your accommodation and rest arrangements simple. 2. You must clear out your accommodation area by 11 AM daily and put your belongings in your locker. 3. Make sure to keep your locker card safe; it's very easy to accidentally lock it inside the locker, although the front desk staff are very experienced in resolving such issues. I highly recommend it to you, and I hope this review is helpful to travelers who read it! 👋

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bed was soft, and I slept well every night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they always smiled when I asked questions. The hotel was in a good location, close to shops and restaurants, which made it easy to get around.

Four of us shared a room, and we were all very considerate, so there was no noise. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent. Breakfast was a bit simple, but the location was fantastic, and they even offer luggage storage!
