Great location and very clean hotel. The room was well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Everything felt fresh and comfortable. The location is perfect—close to main attractions, restaurants, and transport, which made our stay very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

The location is very good, opposite Yoyogi Park, and close to Shibuya Parco. The service is good, and the details are very considerate. The rooftop swimming pool faces the park and has a nice view. However, the ordinary room is too small and the price is high. The room rate of more than 4,000 is a bit too low in value for money. I wonder if the suite will be better.

The room was tiny. The hotel is closer to the Keio Inokashira Line but quite far from the Yamanote Line. It takes at least 15 minutes to get to Shibuya Station. On the first day we arrived, we had to pull two large suitcases up a steep hill to reach the hotel. It was very inconvenient. I can’t imagine doing this while traveling with kids and carrying big luggage. The location is decent, with many restaurants nearby, but I also noticed a lot of clubs and love hotels in the area. Sometimes I saw drunk people standing on the street and talking loudly when I walked back at night. Just be cautious if you stay out late and return to the hotel. The soundproofing is really bad. You can hear a lot of noise from other guests. On the last night, someone in the room upstairs was moving around and packing their luggage all night. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. In addition, the hallway is very narrow. You have to be careful when walking back to your room. My husband almost got hit when a child suddenly opened the door forcefully. The door opens directly into the hallway, which is a poor design choice. The only thing I liked was the washer and dryer in the room, which made it convenient to do laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I personally don’t feel the stay was worth the price. I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel or book it again.

The room is quite spacious for Japanese standards. It has plenty of power outlets and a kettle that also functions as a humidifier. Two complimentary bottles of water are provided every night. The hotel offers mail and parcel services. There are two convenience stores nearby, FamilyMart and Lawson. It's very close to Shibuya, which is super convenient.

The room was a bit small, but the location is super convenient. Don Quijote is right across the street, and the subway station is very close, offering great connectivity. Ichiran Ramen isn't far either, though there's usually a queue. It's much livelier than Ginza, with plenty of people out and about even at night.

Within a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Crossing, the breakfast selection isn't huge, but most of it is delicious. The room size is perfectly adequate, and it's kept very clean. The front desk staff all speak good English, and you can leave your luggage with them. I didn't get a chance to try the complimentary soba noodles in the evening or the Yakult at the public bath, but I'd definitely recommend this place to family staying in Shibuya in the future.

The location is decent, right next to Shibuya Parco, about a 12-minute walk from Shibuya Station. If you're okay with that distance, it's quite convenient. All in all, it's pretty standard, but its good location is definitely a plus.

We stayed here for three days for our child's university entrance exams. The hotel is within walking distance of the exam venue, and although it is a little far from Shibuya Station, it was a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The staff were also very kind and polite. Thank you very much.

The room was okay and close to shopping, but there was no housekeeping. Imagine staying for 4-5 nights, waking up early and coming back late, with no one cleaning the room or changing the towels. You'd have to live like that until check-out. At the very least, housekeeping should come by daily to provide fresh towels.

The location is really good! very convenient and near subway station. A little small but for the price, it is perfect. The check-in needs to be done in advance if you don't want to have some delays getting in the room. There is no front desk, so the communication is through email. But that was also little fast. A lot of food options around and in the area. Cleanliness could be better.
