Hotels in Ueno/Asakusa, Tokyo

The location is very good, very close to Sensoji Temple, and the Skytree can be seen on the street next to it. The facilities are complete, the room is very clean and tidy, and the stove is very comfortable and warm. The only downside is that the mattress is not too flat.

The hotel is at the center of the city and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The public bath is relaxing though the pools are quite small and can accommodate 2 people (within appropriate social distance) only in the pool at the same time.

I later noticed there were aromatherapy diffusers in the corner, which was a nice touch. 📍[Regarding the Convenience of the Surroundings] The nearest subway station is Oshiage Station, which is very convenient for those wanting to go directly to the airport. You can use your Suica card to take the orange express line to the airport. There are 7-Elevens and FamilyMarts nearby. Importantly, it's very close to Tokyo Skytree; you can directly access the shopping mall from Oshiage Station. We went there many times during our stay, enjoying the conveyor belt sushi and sukiyaki, all of which were delicious. In the evenings, you can take a stroll around the area to digest your food and enjoy the night view of Tokyo Skytree. 🙋[Regarding the Host] The host responded to messages very quickly and resolved issues promptly. A big thumbs up! 🎉 I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit the Kanto region. 🥰 💡[A Little Surprise from the Guesthouse] Our room had a small balcony with a view of Tokyo Skytree at night. The bathtub in the room was very useful; after a long day of walking, a relaxing bath was perfect for relieving fatigue. 🏖[Attractions I visited during my stay] The guesthouse is very close to Senso-ji Temple, and it's also convenient for visiting Akihabara and Ikebukuro.

Facilities: basically complete Hygiene: OK Environment: Indoor is OK. The outside is a bit unexpected and I dare not recognize it. Service: Yes The location is very good. It is very convenient for transportation, eating and shopping. There is no elevator on the 4th floor, so you need to bear the weight of your luggage.

Dirty, they only changed the bed linen and vacuumed the visible parts of the carpet. The corners were full of dirt, dust, and trash. The extra mattress was on the floor. The room smelled terrible, and the smell wouldn't air out. The location is convenient, but it's only good for a quick overnight stay and leaving early. Communication is only through email, and the reception desk is always empty. The towels were old; although they had been washed, the stains wouldn't come out.
