There is also a convenience store at level 2 that close at 2am for those who want to get some small bites, snacks or drinks. It is huge and because it’s located in the hotel, shelves are pretty filled up. The hotel's facilities, include a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing pool (didn’t get to try as it is winter). The attention to cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property adds to the sense of comfort and well-being. There is also 2 in 1 washing machine with dryer at L18 at the south tower for usage starting from 500yen, depending on what the features you would like it to be, best of all, it comes with detergent. Beautiful hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport. Gorgeous onsen. Pretty grounds with big trees and walkway. Lovely fountain at entrance, big car park, fridge in room and kimono for use. Shop in lobby, choice of great food, Attentive smiling staff, big lobby. Free toiletries in nice bathroom with bath.

The bathroom is small but very clean with comfortable water pressure. The breakfast is really good with different choices and nice coffee. The front desk people are nice and friendly, also can speak both English and Chinese. The price is unbeatable. The location is also very good with nearby subway stations and some convenient stores. Definitely we will stay there again if we visit Tokyo again.

Room is good for who like old-fashioned. For us, room type is old and didn’t feel a good relax moment. Air-con also need to modify with new. Others materials and service are good enough like a budget hotel.

The hotel is generally great and accessible, around 5 mins walk from the JR station and there’s a convenient store next to on the hotel. The Onsen is available from 3pm - 9.30am daily, so you will have sufficient time to enjoy yourself. The room is however very small and you might find it very squeeze if you’re travelling with your plus one.

Very convenient location. Room was very snug. Barely fit a Queen size bed with minimum walking space. Hotel feels older, but had just the right modern amenities that made the stay more easier. Staff went above and beyond to help us out when we had issues. Would recommend for last minute travelers on a budget.

location ok. 5 mins walk to H line exit 3. Room a bit small. Voice isolation not that good. Can request for inner side room not face to the street when booking or at check in counter. Within 30 mins can reach any popular area in Tokyo overall recommend to stay.

We loved the hotel while we stayed. Room was small but larger than a typical Japanese standard and should not be a problem for a couple. All the space of the room was efficiently utilized. Room had a fridge and a hot pot. There are many electrical outlets, for example, at the bedsides. Window blind was impressive so that it was completely dark when we put on the blind. Free wifi was very fast and we did not have any problem with the network. An ice machine as well as a microwave was available on the second floor. Lobby was small. Amenities were to be picked up from the lobby. Staff was all very kind with a good command of English. Nishi-kasai Tokyo metro station was a stone's throw from the hotel. There is Y's Mart around the corner. Aeon (a much bigger market) is 10 minutes away if one walks. A few minor issues are obviously Tokyo downtown is somewhat far, about 40 minutes by metro. They did not provide water bottles, which we did not mind because of the reasonable price. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and would come back if we have a chance to visit.

The hotel was very big have multiple towers for guests to stay in. The location was also very convenient and very close to the train station. One improvement point is the staff at lobby was not too polite. While the housekeeping staff were quite nice and also greet all the guests that pass by their cart. The room was okay but old so have a bad smell and things were torn out due to the age.

In summary, while Henn na Hotel Tokyo offers an overall satisfactory experience, the exceptionally hard bed significantly impacted the quality of stay, resulting in lower backaches after just one night. Despite the other aspects being acceptable, the discomfort caused by the bed makes the price unjustifiable. Unfortunately, the inability to secure a refund added to the dissatisfaction. Regrettably, I won't consider returning, even if the stay were offered for free, due to the critical issue with the bed's comfort.
