Hotels Near Tsurumakiinari Shrine in Tokyo

Only 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!

My friend recommended me this hotel. Room is small, but location is convenient. Airport limousine stop right in front of this hotel The hotel has 2 microwave ovens in a common area to heat up your food. Right below the hotel, there is a family mart, and some restaurants. There is a bus service to shinjuku if you do not want to walk. The lotion and face cream are at the lobby if you need them 2 bottles of mineral water will be given daily. If you join as hotel member, you get to extend your check out time.

If you arrive in the morning, you can leave your luggage for safekeeping at the reception. Check-in in Japan is possible after 3pm, neat room (room 615) (simple but equipped with all comforts), good bed with various pillows, and a standard shower cabin that is fine. Helpful staff. Breakfast is included and you can choose in advance which set you want and at what time. The hotel is located one block from the main street, which has the great advantage of being quieter. Nearby are several restaurants and kombini shops. Within walking distance of the train station, and close to the beautiful Ueno park (with museum etc) and the well known Akihabara district. On a next visit, I would definitely come back here. A good value for money.

1) I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast, and there were only 3 fixed selection items everyday. However, I felt a bit bored on the third day. If it can be changed to buffet or semi-buffet is much better, there will be more choices. 2) The toothbrush provided by the hotel has a very hard brush head, and the enamel on the teeth will be brushed off even with the slightest force. The gums will also bleed. And the tooth paste is difficult to squeeze out. There is also a smell in the bathroom, which requires tape water for more than 10 minutes before it subsides. 3) The electric kettle only ha a small capacity and cannot be reheated continuously. If you want to have cup noodles as a late night snack, you cannot handle 1 large, or even 2 small portions at the same time. Overall it's good. Clean with convenient transportation. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the subway entrance, and 15-20 minutes to Tsukiji Market and Ginza.

While the temperature was adjusted, the core problem wasn't addressed, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. * **Distance from metro station:** A 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station might be inconvenient for some travelers relying on public transport. **Overall:** Hotel East 21 Tokyo offers comfortable accommodations with a drawback in its distance from the metro station. However, the significant issue lies in the malfunctioning heater during winter and the lack of proper resolution by the staff. This can be a major concern, especially for guests visiting during colder months. **Recommendation:** Consider this hotel if the spacious rooms and proximity to convenience stores are priorities. However, be aware of the expensive parking and the potential heating issues. Perfect! Booked for a very cheap price and yet the quality of the room is superb. The room is just enough for two, but hey, we are not in tokyo to stay in the hotel but rather roam around the city. This hotel is just so perfect for tourist like us. Very near Kameido station (JR Line) that connects you all Kanto Region! I wont hesitate to book one more time again in this hotel. Sheets are crisp white, bathroom spotless and very helpful staff.

Excellent & Convenient location to the exhibition hall....clean room, good breakfast buffet, nice selection of food...friendly staff...easy access to other restaurants & convenient store too...

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! This hotel is extremely convenient and located right next to Haneda Airport. If you are arriving Haneda late night this is the hotel of choice. There is a shuttle bus that runs between Haneda terminal 1 and the last bus is at 11:10 pm, from terminal 1. The hotel is kind of a designer hotel with very clean good sized rooms. Toilet is very clean and shiny. The view from our room to the airport was just amazing

Hotel is very close to narita airport and conveniently had airport shuttle for free. Rooms were well appointed with good amenities. They also offer shuttle to downtown but did not avail of it sinc we only stayed overnight. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Wish I could have tried the spa as well.
