Response from Property: We sincerely apologize that we couldn't offer you comfortable stay. We have air conditioning system in each guest room, but our system is central heating / cooling system. Therefore, you couldn't change room temperature. It needs time to update our heating / cooling system, but we continue to search for guests' comfortableness.
