回通遼住碧桂園酒店已經有小10年時間了，每次感覺還不錯，房間大，服務也可以，從有泳池時候住到泳池也沒有了，設施老舊了，人換的越來越頻繁，還是覺得回來住住可以，有感情的。昨天1月4號這次入住徹底給了我教訓，服務差到多離譜：1、入住時侯沒有提醒早餐時間，早餐地點，這個明顯失誤；
2、早上我到前台詢問的時間是9點25分左右，前台告知餐廳還在A樓，也指了一下方向，沒告知早餐9點30分關閉，我自己也忽略B樓前台在1層，A樓餐廳在二樓，我從一樓走過去是不通的，路上A樓那裡還都是裝修垃圾，後來碰到到A樓的服務人員才告知電梯位置，坐到2樓走過去，餐廳已經關閉，看了手機時間9點33分，裏面也沒人就餐，東西全部收完
3、餐廳人員的一句話太氣人了：我們9點半就結束了，什麼吃的都沒有了，你可以離開了，笑呵呵的説的風情雲淡，你吃不上飯是你的問題，和我無關
4、有點氣憤的走回B樓，到前台處説了一下，你們9點半關餐怎麼不説，另外餐廳這麼遠也不告知，前台小姑娘説看看聯繫餐廳還沒有沒辦法給我解決問題，我就返回了房間。
5、來了一個號稱客户經理的年輕人，説侯先生不好意思，我們真沒辦法解決早餐，要不我給你補幾十塊錢，但是我們服務和投訴相關，你別投訴我們哈，這個是真讓人冒火，首先想到的是不讓客户投訴，客户有啥需求我們可以不管，你得按照我的規則來，碧桂園現在管理太爛了，居然能這樣，必須得投訴。
6、A樓裝修B樓本身條件就差，服務比以前還要更差，沒有服務意識，而且非常理直氣壯，差上加差，這樣的酒店服務真是第一次碰到，很少給人差評，這個必須得差評，大家慎重選擇，特別在他們裝修期間。
