1. The hotel is in the city center, very close to the ancient city of Tongren, more than 8,000 steps back and forth. There are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient for eating and traveling.
2. The hotel has breakfast, which is a good thing for people traveling. There are not many varieties, but it is not bad. It can be full and nutritious.
3. The hotel has a bathtub. After climbing Fanjing Mountain, returning to the hotel to take a bubble bath is very refreshing and relieves the tired body.
4. There are also shortcomings: the service is poor, the non-smoking room booked by Ctrip, but the room given to us is very smelly of smoke, and no one answered the question after running several times at the front desk. There is no way to find an explanation at the front desk. The river view room is a non-smoking room. I went to the restaurant for breakfast on the first day. There was no boiling water in the restaurant. I asked the waiter several times, but no one cared. Hope to improve in the future.

I originally booked a king bed, but I accidentally booked the wrong room type. When I went to the hotel front desk, I told the lady at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very patient and said that she could upgrade me to a king bed room for free. I was very happy. The room was clean and tidy. The layout is comfortable and the facilities are complete. There are room check-in instructions and unlimited passwords posted next to the bedside table. We also added customer service WeChat. The lady at the front desk sent some travel places around the hotel. The service is very good. There is also a book in the room. Books, you can read them [enjoyment], and Tongren Ancient City is also worth visiting. The night view is very beautiful. I am very satisfied with this trip😄😄

The transportation is very convenient. After climbing down Fanjing Mountain, I don’t want to take a step with sore legs. I saw the sign when I came out of the Tongren Bus Terminal. The lady at the front desk was very nice and checked in very quickly. The hotel has elevators and carpets in the corridors. No sound is very good.
Opposite is Tongren Railway Station, we are the train the next morning, just across the road, it is very convenient, the hotel is affordable, clean and sanitary, the best choice for short-distance travel 😄

A magical stay experience throughout the trip, there is one to say,
Location: It is more convenient, you can see it from the high-speed rail station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to Fanjingshan to the tourist bus station;
Service: The little brother at the front desk is very patient and has been helping solve problems;
Facilities: The hotel faces the road 3 and is a traffic road. At 19:00 when you check in, you can enter the room as if you are sitting on the side of the road and ask for a room change. The original twin room was booked. I was told that there was 1 room on each floor of the hotel that was not facing the road and was a big bed room. I had no choice but to stay on the floor separately. (Thank you also Trip.com for helping solve it in time);
Hygiene: There is too much difference with the standard of the hotel star, and they do not use their towels and bath towels;

The most satisfying part of the hotel is the self-service washing machine. There are 2 self-service washing machines, which can be dried after washing off the dry water. For those who have traveled in Guizhou for more than ten days in this continuous rain, it is undoubtedly a charcoal delivery in the snow. Of course, there are also advantages such as hot water 24 hours a day, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, comfortable and clean bedding, and warm service. GGuest UserThere are too many B&Bs near Fanjing Mountain, and some of them are in cooperation with travel agencies. I spent an hour and a half choosing one on the high-speed train to Tongren because it was my first time here with my mother and I was unfamiliar with it. The owner was very enthusiastic and touched. The breakfast was noodles made by the owner himself. It was very delicious. The eggs were very natural. We also ate at the B&B in the evening. The owner cooked the food himself. The price was very reasonable. The portion was really large and it was especially delicious! The whole B&B gave people the feeling of being very clean, tidy, comfortable and warm. The room was also very, very clean and tidy. The facilities and equipment inside were complete and intelligent. I will definitely continue to choose this B&B next time I come to Tongren! 🤗

RRuliThis is a gem of a bed and breakfast establishment. We were upgraded to a family style room upon arrival. The room was very large for the two of us. The room was located on the third floor and there is no elevator, but the host graciously carried our luggage to our room. The proximity of the accommodation to the Fangjian Mountain enables us to reach the park area before most other tourists coming from the nearby cities. We were already on our way down the mountain when we see the huge lines of people waiting for the buses and cable cars to come into the park.
The accommodation itself is quite impressive. The host and hostess did a good job of renovating to include all the modern amenities of a 5 stars hotel.
I would definitely recommend this place!

AAnonymous UserOn the way to Fanjing Mountain, we passed by Zhaisha Dong Village. I was lucky enough to stay in a super B&B, right at the gate of Dong Village. Parking is available at the B&B. The landlady is very beautiful and the service is attentive. The room is clean and tidy, and every corner is beautiful. The layout was in place. Under the introduction of the proprietress, we went to the Dong Nationality Song Hall to watch a Dong performance and participated in a different bonfire party. The whole family was very happy. Thank you to the proprietress for your warm hospitality. I will definitely do it next time if I have the opportunity. Will come again

DdianFor the convenience of climbing Fanjing Mountain, I chose to live in Yunfu Village of Zhaisha Dong Village. This is a correct choice.
🚗 Transportation: You can take a taxi directly from Tongren Airport. It is very convenient to drive to Fanjing Mountain for 7 or 8 minutes.
🧹Hygiene: Surprisingly good. All aspects of cleaning are in place.
🍃Environment: Located at the back of Dongzhai, very close to the theater. The entire Dong Village is not too big, but every household is designed very distinctive, small and fresh.
🔔Service: The front desk brother is very gentle, patiently answer questions, and enthusiastically help design travel plans. Because I lived in a loft on the first day, I felt that it was not convenient to go to the bathroom, so I changed the room to the front desk, and then temporarily decided to stay one more night, so I stayed at his house for three nights and changed three room types. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives.
Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight.
Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement.
Amenities: Good.
Location: Good.
Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost.
Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

GGuest UserBeaaaaautiful guesthouse with a beautiful view on the mountain. Its very quiet and peaceful, about 10-15mins walk from the small village where the restaurants are.
The rooms are nicey designed and decorated, all by the owner himself. You can see he put a lot of love and effort in it.
The rooms we stayed in had a big window and terrace, so we woke up to the mountains and the many flowers they planted around the guesthouse which was really nice.
The owner and his family are super nice and helpful with everything.
Only thing that we didnt like too much are the disposable towels, guesthouse owner explained its for hygiene purpose, but still prefer towels that can be reused.
Breakfast is very simple as they run the place all on their own and dont have the capacity yet.

CcnphoebeAlthough a good location and a nice room, the hotel is not equipped to host foreign guests.
There is a lack of willingness to help. When you ask for help in booking a taxi, they give you a number and tell you to do it yourself. This is not the service I expect from a hotel at that price. I have never encountered a hotel so unwilling to help in any way.
They did not help us to buy tickets for the mountain (which considering they are next to, is the one service they should provide! Every other hotel we have visited on our tour has helped us with attraction tickets). Foreigners cannot buy tickets without a Chinese ID. However, the hotel insisted we buy advance tickets, so we got a friend to help us instead. This was the wrong information: we were able to buy tickets on the day and could not use a friend’s ID! It is unacceptable to have such little information about the one tourist site next door; the only reason guests are staying in this remote location.
Our check-in also took longer than usual, and breakfast is apparently a ‘tour group’ style breakfast voucher. All in all, a disappointing stay. However as the hotel has a great location and nice rooms, this is easily fixable.

SSteven DowsonWe arrived via two buses and a taxi, next time we'll drive and there is lots of parking available at the front of the hotel. Receptionists and staff all very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean, great shower, squat toilet. Hotel is a short walk from West Gate, you can follow the road or cut through the trees. We ate at the hotel first evening upon arrival and the food was good home cooking, we also had the noodle breakfast which was basic but good. We were lucky to have great weather on Fanjingshan but it's a stiff hike from West Gate and our legs were sore the next day. After our day on the mountain we stopped at a restaurant close to the gate, and returned here on our second night because the food was fresh, tasty, good value, and they have an excellent view of the mountain opposite (see photos). On our second day we took a taxi down the mountain to the nearest town (taxis use the charging points opposite the hotel) but we had trouble getting back and were fortunate to hitch a lift. The West Gate is preferable to East Gate but it's better to have a car.
