Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

There are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient for eating and traveling. 2. The hotel has breakfast, which is a good thing for people traveling. There are not many varieties, but it is not bad. It can be full and nutritious. 3. The hotel has a bathtub. After climbing Fanjing Mountain, returning to the hotel to take a bubble bath is very refreshing and relieves the tired body. 4. There are also shortcomings: the service is poor, the non-smoking room booked by Ctrip, but the room given to us is very smelly of smoke, and no one answered the question after running several times at the front desk. There is no way to find an explanation at the front desk. The river view room is a non-smoking room. I went to the restaurant for breakfast on the first day. There was no boiling water in the restaurant. I asked the waiter several times, but no one cared. Hope to improve in the future.

The lady at the front desk sent some travel places around the hotel. The service is very good. There is also a book in the room. In Huaguo Mountain, the municipal committee compound, I do not know whether the government opened, said that it is a river (river) view room, but I looked carefully for a long time did not see where the river, and imagined in the water is completely different, far away, and also blocked by trees. The room is the facilities are better, use brands, but the biggest problem is that the room is very poorly soundproofed. Secondly, the service is also general. The aunt who gets up in the morning and gets rice noodles, throws it to you after cooking, asks her how it is better, and also loves to answer, but the result is not good, I ate half of it, I can't work a bit, the waiter came over and said if I finished eating, which makes me say, Just give her the cutlery and it's pretty positive. Come with expectation, go with dismay.

The location of the hotel is good, the surrounding is prosperous, shopping and dining are very convenient. The service staff is enthusiastic. The layout of the room is reasonable and feels warm. Hygiene and clean, the bath water is super big, very satisfied!

A magical stay experience throughout the trip, there is one to say, Location: It is more convenient, you can see it from the high-speed rail station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to Fanjingshan to the tourist bus station; Service: The little brother at the front desk is very patient and has been helping solve problems; Facilities: The hotel faces the road 3 and is a traffic road. At 19:00 when you check in, you can enter the room as if you are sitting on the side of the road and ask for a room change. The original twin room was booked. I was told that there was 1 room on each floor of the hotel that was not facing the road and was a big bed room. I had no choice but to stay on the floor separately. The room was clean and tidy, and there were fully automatic washing machines, air purifiers and dryers inside, which was very good. The front desk lady service is very good, I don’t understand it and I will patiently explain it to us. I will definitely come to this hotel next time.

The transportation is very convenient. After climbing down Fanjing Mountain, I don’t want to take a step with sore legs. I saw the sign when I came out of the Tongren Bus Terminal. The lady at the front desk was very nice and checked in very quickly. The hotel has elevators and carpets in the corridors. No sound is very good. Opposite is Tongren Railway Station, we are the train the next morning, just across the road, it is very convenient, the hotel is affordable, clean and sanitary, the best choice for short-distance travel 😄

The service staff are kind, thoughtful and attentive. Special thanks to the concierge Xiao He. The child immediately came out to greet me when he saw the car parked at the door. My scattered luggage was properly put away, especially the bedding I brought with me. I did not put the luggage carelessly. Instead, the car was placed on a clean floor. At such a young age, it is great to pay such attention to details. Xiao He believes that God rewards hard work. The health tea in the lobby recommended by Xiao He is delicious! Thank you also to the kids from the customer service department for sending us water and anti-noise earplugs. What I don’t recommend is that the sound of the train outside the hotel is really scary😟I couldn’t sleep all night!
