這間酒店遠比不上民宿！前台的女職員不知去向，還得麻煩搬行李的同事將她叫出來。房間光線昏暗、設施陳舊，空氣不流通，不知是空調故障還是怎樣，完全沒有冷氣送出，無論怎麼調整都沒效果。淋浴間設計不佳，水會從邊緣滲漏。一大早竟然有職員敲門，說有火警要進來查看，查看完就走了，連一句解釋也沒有。出門時發現下雨，回房取傘時才發現酒店後門其實可以直通早市客，但職員沒事先告知，問了才承認。早市客的安排也混亂不堪，我到現在也搞不懂為何有人要掃碼付費，明明說每人限早餐30元，可是只要出示早餐章就能隨意取餐。我是看了其他評價才選擇早市客而放棄酒店早餐的，另一原因是距離較遠。但在雨天裡，拿傘、取餐、找座位，倒不如在酒店安心吃個早餐！早市客的職員服務質素參差，負責茶水的男職員只招呼年輕女性，想喝茶的話就別問了！整間酒店似乎只有一位名叫程錦翔的職員懂得服務，他幫我們叫車，並協助安排行李一同離開。用超過千八元我相信在內地都可以找到不錯的酒店，烏鎮若不重視質素改善，只會趕客！
