From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

Hotel is quite a decent option outside the wuzhen scenic park ( just 8min walk), room is spacious and but fridge in room is not cold enough and somehow the room aircon was not functioning normal, turn on to cold mode but somehow was in warm mode, while the warm mode was the cold, which made our first night was suffering from sweat in the bed. Shower room has water stain as seen in photo, Factilies are good and have 3 sets washer and dryer available, breakfast place is good but food is normal, don't expect too much though. Front desk and hotline service is normal and couldn't feel much of their passion. But generally the hotel is a good option for staying in wuzhen if you are looking for chain brand and newer hotel.

Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

I upgraded to an executive room and I really like this room type. The bathroom, bedroom, workbench and wardrobe areas are separated just right so that they don't interfere with each other. Although the room is a little noisy because it's next to the road, I slept well because of the good bedding. The toiletries are all citrus-scented and the bathtub smells great. Bubbles are also very good

Got myself a single room. Hotel staff are so nice. I went for breakfast after the breakfast hours, they are close but they still allow me to take some snacks that’s available and served me coffee. They even sent it to room for me. The hotel is just 50m walkable to the bar street. And the morning view outside hotel are just so speechless

The rooms are divided into Building A and Building B. The business room in Building B is larger and the toilet is larger. The service was good, and the children were given a breakfast. Parking is also convenient, with an underground garage.
