Advantages: Because I had two pieces of luggage, the landlord arranged for me to stay in a room on the ground floor so that I wouldn't have to climb stairs.
Disadvantages: The heater is not warm enough and there is no hair dryer. Unable to wash hair.

We arrived in Toronto at 5am in a hurry. We dawdled at the airport and finally arrived at our accommodation at 10am. It was cold outside. There were rooms available. If we wanted to check in early, we had to pay an additional 50 Canadian dollars. The accommodation fee of 150 Canadian dollars per day was not bad. The room was about 10 meters long and had only two beds and a table and chairs. We reminded guests to hold their shoes when going up and down the stairs. The only convenient thing was to go to Chinatown for breakfast.
