Hotellet är smutsigt både i rummen och på allmänna ytor. Frukosten serverades i en matsal utan AC då utomhustemperaturen låg på 37 grader. Otrevlig personal. Vi debiterades en stor summa pengar för mycket som personalen lovade att vi skulle få tillbaka, men inte har fått. Underhållning som tillhandahålls av personal där de själva sjöng karaoke till sent på natten. Rekommenderar verkligen inte detta hotell.

Sono settimane che cerco di pubblicare la mia recensione, ma caso strano non la trovo mai pubblicata. Vediamo se questa volta riusciranno a tenerla.. sono tre anni consecutivi che soggiorno in questa struttura e mi sono sempre trovata bene quest’anno purtroppo dopo aver cenato qualche ora dopo la cena mio marito e le mie figlie si sono sentite male tutte nello stesso momento questo fa pensare a qualcosa che sicuramente hanno mangiato e gli avrà fatto male. Nessuno se mi è preoccupato del nostre condizioni e non c’è stata alcuna assistenza medica né all’interno della struttura né fuori.. quello che fa più male e che nessuno mi ha chiesto scusa e che le mie recensioni vengono continuamente cancellate. Vacanza pagata per sette giorni totale vacanza due, perché ovviamente siamo ritornati immediatamente a Roma abbiamo atteso settimane un risarcimento mai ricevuto.. trattandosi ovviamente di qualcosa che è stato ingerito. La struttura non è più la stessa sono cambiate molte cose. I servizi sono terribili. Il personale non è preparato i tavoli sono sempre sporchi.. non torneremo sicuramente sono rimasta molto delusa dalla poca professionalità delle persone in struttura. Era rimasta completamente sola ho preso la mia famiglia sono salita in macchina e sono tornata a Roma.. mai più. bisogna accettare anche i feedback negativi non serve tenere solo le recensioni positive.!!

Non fate la mezza pensione si mangia malissimo.il livello della cucina è improntato al risparmio. Il pane non era mai fresco,ma sempre del giorno prima. Iogurt scadenti, dolci inesistenti. Salato da dimenticare. Belle le camere da letto ben pulite, personale disponibile. La spiaggia molto bella e ben organizzata. Una bella piscina e spazi esterni ampi e confortevoli. Il giorno che siamo arrivati ci è piombato addosso un matrimonio, non il massimo per trascorrere una vacanza. Il basso costo del soggiorno non giustifica la bassa qualità dell’accoglienza.
