The old building in the city center is very romantic; there is a restaurant in the hotel that is highly recommended

Best hotel in Toulouse. Good services friendly people great restaurant. Very well located five minutes walk from Capitol. Room very clean and great view.

Our room was noisy and gave on a parking lot, not what one would expect from one of the most expensive hotels/rooms in Toulouse.

Nous avons passé un très bon & reposant séjour. Bien accueillis par le réceptionniste & le bagagiste, qui ont donné le ton d'un séjour agréable. Chambre spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. Nous avons profité de l'ambiance feutrée du bar, où les cocktails étaient délicieux. Un grand merci à celui qui semble être le responsable pdj, de nous l'avoir livré en chambre. & remerciements à la dame qui nous a gentiment demandé de patienter pour la préparation du hammam, nous permettant de découvrir la tisanerie, moment de détente supplémentaire à bientôt !

Un bel établissement, une grande chambre et une belle salle de bains le tout propre et bien équipées. Un service et un personnel top. Rien à redire sauf peut être qu’une bouteille d’eau offerte aurait été bienvenue.

Presque un 5 étoiles !
Bel hôtel certes avec un bon petit déjeuner mais peu de personnel . Notre chambre était grande avec un belle salle de bain mais certaines sont justes.Il faut par contre enlever les moquettes. Ce n’est pas sain et la nôtre avait une tâche ! il manque un jacuzzi et/ou une piscine intérieure et/ou un sauna. Le spa est uniquement un hammam !!Je dirais donc un bon quatre mais pas un cinq étoiles…

Un très bon endroit à Toulouse
Juste un peu déçu de ne pas y trouver de piscine, ni de sauna. Juste un hamam était présent.
J’ai testé un massage. Excellent !
Le restaurant est un très bon gastronomique. Parfait.
L’ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins et particulièrement aimable et efficace.
