I don’t really have too much to say, but I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful property extremely well located in the center of Toulouse right next to the Pont Neuf. It had a ton of character, from the interior decoration to its stunning private courtyards. The staff was excellent; everyone I interacted with was super nice and helpful. I was particularly impressed how the two people who worked the breakfast room always remembered my room number and coffee preferences - very nice touch. And speaking of breakfast, the selection was relatively simple, but delicious - I will dream about those scrambled eggs for days to come. I reserved the suite with private balcony; the room was massive and the balcony was truly out of this world. My only small complaint was that housekeeping was inconsistent about replacing waters. Some days I was given four bottles of water and others none. Otherwise the housekeeping was fine. I did eat at the Cenacle (gastronomic restaurant) one night and enjoyed it. The service was great and the food was mostly good (they served hare as the main course when I was there and I don’t think that is really to my liking). I also enjoyed drinks at the bar one night and those were also very good. I have stayed at a few MGallerys throughout France in secondary/tertiary cities and this is by far the nicest MGallery property I have stayed at. If I ever return to Toulouse I will make sure to book this hotel again!
