The location was fantastic, right by the La Loire and main Tram line to the North and South. Very helpful staff members and cosy, comfortable experience at the end of the day.

Excellent. Nicely fitted out room. Felt new. Fair beer and wine prices, soft seating area to chill in. Secure bike storage. Reception team all lovely, friendly, professional and helpful. Shout out to Georg, knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was very good also, usual Hampton offering. Great location for centre. Car park 50m away, secure and 12 Euro for 24 hrs.

The worst Hilton visited so far and definitely the worst hotel of 2024 (up to today) room is small, no fridge, no amenities nor beauty set, even no courtesy water!!! Food @ restaurant Babette was really poor quality and breakfast has NO juices (at 8am they run out of it!) and the smallest choice I have ever seen. All this for a hotel ranked 4 - F O U R - stars which was honestly worst of some of youth hostels I visited in my 20 😡😡😡😡 I feel cheated and disrespected as customer and member of Hilton honors.

Overall wonderful! I have stayed many months at this hotel. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and a truly caring team always ready to assist you. Warm and welcoming lobby area decorated with festive holiday decorations.
