This hotel changed my room twice, but every 10 minutes, there was a strong machine noise. I couldn't sleep all night. Terrible experience of trapped inside the hotel lift for half an hour before the hotel technician helped open the lift manually to get me and my spouse out. We were very upset that no apologies were given to us for such terrible ordeal! Especially, during the trapped period, there's complete darkness with no air-cond., or not much air circulation at all.
