We stayed at Tsuruya Ryoukan for a night, and had an excellent dinner and breakfast. The steamed crab and Tajima beef sukiyaki were especially wonderful. The service is excellent, and the inn is located within walking distance of two onsen! Just outside the inn, there is a place to make onsen eggs and a walkway filled with cherry blossoms. It was a really special experience!

It seems to be the oldest inn in Kinosaki, and it was wonderful with a very atmospheric interior. All meals were served in the room, and the room attendant was very cute, polite and warm. The employees, including Mr. Gonzaemon of the sister inn, were very polite and comfortable. Because it is near the ropeway platform, there are few tourists, so it was relatively quiet. Even the farthest part of the tour of the hot springs wasn't too far away (about 15 minutes on foot in clogs?), and it wasn't too hard to see the streets of Kinosaki and there were various shops. I definitely want to go again!

After arriving at Kinosaki Onsen, there will be a unified bus from the town to pick up and drop off passengers to their respective hotels. Nishimura is located near the JR station. If there is not much luggage, it is recommended to walk around because there are too many people on the bus and crowded people. Box-to-box, it is very decent for accommodation at this price. There was no welcome after getting off the bus. It rained on the day and felt a messy group of people entered the front desk. The lady who received me and introduced the hotel situation on the day spoke good English. Although there was a little accent, there was no obstacle in communication. After check-in, Zhongju's room service was relatively difficult to communicate. Although the whole service was smiling, the communication was relatively laborious. I personally think that in addition to Matsuba crab is very fresh, in fact, you can also eat such kaiseki dishes in Beijing. Depending on my personal choice, I don't think I have a particularly amazing feeling. If you often eat Japanese food, I personally think that It's better to go to town to eat a food stall. I need to give the keys to the front desk for safekeeping when going out. The two grandpas at the front desk are very cute at night. I choose which kind of slippers to go out for the soup and help me with the right clogs. I also ran and brought my own shoes to ask me Don't wear your own. The breakfast the next morning was really unaccustomed to eating, basically did not eat, and being knocked at the door at 7:20 was too painful for the Lai bed clan. If you stay next time, you will not choose to eat two meals a night Quietly lying on the tatami floor in the hotel is the best and most comfortable. When I finally left the store, it was messy, and there was no delivery process? Theoretically, it should have been delivered to the door. Was the ryokan I stayed in before so enthusiastic? Or has the West Village House been too ”foreign”?

Our favourite booking throughout our entire Japan trip! This inn is a family business so you can imagine how hospitable the entire family was to us this 2D1N. Regretted not staying 1 more day as the entire village was very relaxing. Room is super clean, yukata was provided for us to visit the public baths, access to all 7 public baths provided as well. We have everything we need with this inn! There’s also a private onsen in the hotel and the host was very helpful and nice about everything. He even went out of his way to send us to & fro the Kinosakionsen station… thank you so much we had fun and enjoyed it! Will definitely stay here again. ＜3

Very good experience. The house we live in is very Japanese style. We sleep on tatami. The little brothers and sisters at the front desk are very kind and enthusiastic, and give us help as much as possible, and provide us with bathrobes, slippers and free of charge. When the basket crickets finally left because they were going to take the cable car, they also helped us get our luggage to the subway station. The luxury and taste of dinner was the best among the inns and hotels I have stayed at so far. Western-style chilled chawanmushi and cake were delicious. I wonder if the room was also after renewal, it was beautiful. I think it's a wooden building, but I don't care about people walking in the corridor. The hot springs are cleaned by hanging water. Kinosaki Onsen is not a large communal bath because it is premise for outdoor hot springs. I want to stay next time in the crab season.

It was nice that they were very friendly. It was difficult to eat because I had a place to cook, but luckily I was able to eat food from a convenience store, so it was nice. I really couldn't eat what I bought at a restaurant. They lent me Japanese-style clothes, so I was able to take pictures, and I was satisfied.

Generally good experience and enjoyed my room. Helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bedding although it is not a new hotel. Everything I needed was available without my asking. Thoughtful touches in the room was much appreciated. I didn't get to use the restaurant or public bath so I'm unable to comment. Bathroom is rather old but I was mostly visiting the onsens and bathed somewhere else. Overall, good.

The food is delicious, the cospa of comfort twin and universal twin (although there is no view) is good, and this is the third stay. You need to walk a little or take the inn bus to visit the outdoor hot springs, but it doesn't bother you in a pleasant season (laughs). If you like long-established inns, I think the main building or another inn is better, but this is the best for me who likes twin rooms. The convenience of staying at a city hotel while enjoying the hot water in Kinosaki. The comfort room is not wasted in the size of the walk-in closet, the functionality of the washbasin and toilet, and the shower room. I really liked it. The view is also important in the sea inn, but this room with good cospa is pushed in shirosaki. The towels are from the front desk when going to the outdoor hot spring, and the large communal bath in the inn is full of bath towels and face towels. The past two visits in August, and the outdoor hot springs and inns were lively (noisy 々), but the GW was quiet and I enjoyed the outdoor hot springs, inns and meals. I will visit you again.
