I checked in an economy room 410 for 5 nights from 1st to 6th of September. I reserved through their website and confirmed with them via whatsapp and paid when arrived using credit card. The room is cozy, but i loved it, as it satisfies my needs. It has no view but this was ok with me as I don't stay in the hotel, it is for bed and breakfast. 😊 The breakfast was nice, no much variaties, the same things almost everyday but it tastes good. The staff were friendly, the guy in the reception ”Hossam” was very friendly and helpful, he advised us with most of the attractions in the city. My room was cleaned everyday. I really enjoyed my stay there. ❤️

One of the best hotels in trabzon if not the best, the staff here are amazing, helpful and nice + the hotel was so clean and it had a nice location and a really nice rooms view.
