Hotel liegt sehr! zentral nur einige Minuten von der Mosel und der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Netter Kontakt mit der Rezeptionistin; hat mich schon vorab kontaktiert und mir alles Wesentliche für unsere Ankunft erklärt. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert kontaktlos und hat prima geklappt.
Frühstück konnten wir für wenig Geld dazu buchen. Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder…

Hôtel très bien situé, 5 minutes à pied de la Porta Nigra. Propreté impeccable, chambre agréable, petite salle de bain mais bien équipée.

Pleasant, quiet inn off the beaten path, but still close to sights and attractions and dining. Friendly staff/owner(s). Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy, shower strong and in-room coffee great. WiFi was so-so. No elevator and many steps between floors. Parking is not that close, a couple of blocks walk to get to. Didn't eat their breakfast, but it looked good with options. Certainly a LOT of bang for the buck (or Euro).

Eigentlich hatten wir Ricky's City Hotel gebucht, wurden aber wegen Überbuchung einen Tag vorher an dieses Hotel verwiesen. Die Abwicklung lief automatisch und wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Man erhielt für 120 Euro die Nacht, ein billig modernisiertes, kleines, beengtes Zimmer. Wir haben kein Auge zu bekommen, da der Raum stickig war und die Lautstärke massiv hoch. Die ganze Nacht Straßenlärm (Autos, LKWs, Party Gäste aus der Innenstadt) andere Hotelgäste waren aber auch nicht zu überhören. Das Badezimmer ist so eng, dass wenn man auf Toilette sitzt, die Arme auf das Waschbecken abstützen kann. Das Bett war total unbequem. Sauberkeit ist nur oberflächlich gegeben. Das Frühstück im Retro Speisesaal war ganz in Ordnung. Personal ist freundlich. Ich würde es aber auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!!!

Ich kann leider nur zum Empfang etwas sagen, weil wir das Hotel rückwärts wieder verlassen haben. Wir kamen also an und als erstes wurde mein Mann gebeten, doch hinter eine Scheibe zu treten. Nun gut. Erste Frage anschließend war nicht etwa "Haben Sie gut hergefunden?", sondern "Sind Sie geimpft?" Auf meinen Einwand, dass die Regeln aufgehoben seien, erklärte man mir, dass man sich auf sein Hausrecht berufe und nur geimpfte Gäste aufnehme. Wir sind geimpft, aber das geht eine Hotelangestellte nichts (mehr) an. Also umgehend storniert und woanders gebucht.

Went to Trier for the Christmas market. Room was clean and large enough for 3 people. Breakfast was good (7.50 euros a person) and worth it. Staff was friendly. Wi-Fi signal needs boosted and barely worked in the rooms. Parking (3 Euros) is about 2 blocks away in a garage.
