We had a great experience, staff was nice and accomodating. Reasonable price, food served was good. Enjoyed renting their motorcycle to roam around the place. Highly recommended

It's called a five-star hotel, but it's actually less than two stars. I feel like I've been deceived. The main reason is that we've already confirmed that we can check in. When five of us arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were no rooms, so we had to drag our luggage and look for other hotels. It was really annoying.

I traveled with my father, who has health concerns, and the staff kindly arranged a room for us on a lower floor. Thankfully, the hotel has an elevator, which made everything convenient. The atmosphere here is so warm and welcoming. In the evening, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel along with a few cups of coffee.

I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff! Despite booking at the last minute, they still gave us a spacious room with a clean bathroom. The hotel team went above and beyond to help us arrange a cheap bus ticket back to Hanoi, complete with a convenient pick up service directly from the hotel

I booked a room at the Sapa Sapa View Hotel four months in advance and they still held it for me. Despite arriving soaked from the rain, I received a warm welcome.
