Location is ok. The breakfast menu is varied but the taste is ordinary. The towels had lots of black stains like used towels used to use as doormats

Convenient location near Truc Lam Zen monastery and Sapa lake shore. I don't know if it's because of the dew or because the washing machine didn't have time to dry, but it smells a bit damp. Staff are friendly and enthusiastic

Very friendly and English speaking receptionist. He helped us book a taxi and tickets for Rong May Glass Bridge online. Would recommend if u are traveling to Sapa on Sapa Express bus as the drop off point is only a minute walk away from the hotel.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Das Hotel ist aber doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und Renovationsarbeiten dringend nötig. Das ganze Ambiente, vor allem im Speisesaal ist ungemütlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen, im Package inbegriffen, nicht Level, den wir bis jetzt in Vietnam angetroffen haben. Am zweiten Abend sind wir dann lieber in der quirligen Stadt essen gegangen. Das gesamte Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und es wird nicht investiert so wie es ausschaut. Von Aussen schön von Innen, Naja.. In unserem Zimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht, heizte statt zu kühlen. Tapete teils abgerissen, Boden weist teils grössere Spalten im Laminat auf. Bad Kacheln teils defekt und Schimmel Spuren. Duscharmatur versprüht überall Wasser ausser aus der Brause.. Sehr Ringhörig so, dass man die Nachbarn jeweils hört. Frühstück Massenabfertigung ohne viel Liebe hergerichtet. Im vergleich zu einigen anderen Hotels in Vietnam die wir besuchten war es das enttäuschendste. Vier Sterne überbewertet vielleicht vor 20Jahren, max 2-3Sterne

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel untergebracht. Das Hotel ist dringend renovierbedürftig. 4* hat es auf keinen Fall. Zimmer alt. Da sie sich 4* geben erwarte ich einiges mehr. Essen entspricht nicht den Sternen. Frühstück war nicht gut. Wir würden es auf keinen Fall freiwillig buchen. Die Lage ist etwa 10 Minuten vom Kern von Sapa. Personal an der Reception wae freundlich. Das Personal im Restaurant war nicht gross an den Gästen interessiert. Alles in allem im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels würden wir nicht weiter empfehlen.
