Neat nice environment, close to a National park

Everything was great, clean room, polite and smiling reception. Small disappointments were: parking is 10$ overnight and no free water bottles in the room (2$ each bottle). The rest is fine, perfect for 1-2 nights stay.

My husband and I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean. They check on you when you check in and get in your room to make sure you are satisfied with your room. The only down fall we didn't like is you have to pay for parking 😒.  But other then that we had a great time anyways.

They tried to charge me $10/night for parking but removed when I showed their listing mentioned free parking on Trip.

Check-in was smooth.  I was fortunate to get an upgrade to Executive Level so breakfast was complimentary, and we stayed on the top floor.  Thank you, Katherine!!  Our room faced north and had a great view of the beautiful mountains.  Very nicely decorated room, spacious, very firm bed (my wife liked it better than I did), comfortable settee.  Beautiful walk-in shower (no tub).   Breakfast buffet was fine but not great (lower-quality bacon, instant eggs vs real, good fresh cut fruit and pastries; they also had potatoes, cold cereal, oatmeal, and more).  They did have excellent chicken wings at dinner time at the on-site restaurant. Overall we found the staff to be pleasant, providing good service.  It's a fun hotel visually, has glass elevators, and it was a good value, even before the generous upgrade.

Stayed three nights and sent message before arrival and requested adjoining rooms and mountain view and it was granted.  Beautiful from outside and friendly front desk and they have bottled water free all day long.  Pool and outside is very relaxing and pleasing to eye.  Ate at restaurant on second floor and had best hamburger and salmon and another occasion had appetizer and everything was so very good.  the room rate was most reasonable, and everything was perfect and I have no issues to report. Made use of the free shuttle to eat nearby.  I would say this was the best Hilton property I have stayed in the past.

 I found all staff to be helpful and friendly. I love that staff texted me after check- in to see how things were going and I could contact them  when I needed something. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Only one restaurant was open, but it served breakfast, lunch, dinner and had a bar. The Mountain Views were beautiful! I will definitely stay here again!
