Im Eingangsbereich stehen Pappkartons, es sieht eher aus wie der Lagerbereich. Die Flure und der Fahrstuhl sind schmutzig und voller Farbe, weil das Haus gerade renoviert wird. Der Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls schmutzig. Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind nicht zu benutzen, weil renoviert wird. Die Leuchtreklame außen brennt im Dunkeln nicht. Ich habe das Hotel trotzdem wiedergefunden, aber es passt zum Erscheinungsbild. Das ein Hotel renoviert werden muss, ist mir klar und das begrüße ich auch. Aber wenn man nur 70% der versprochenen Leistung erbringt, sich aber 100% bezahlen lässt, ist das eine Schieflage.

Took unexpected trip and needed room for the night. Outside looked pretty neat but inside was different story. Looked like maybe they are under some type of construction?? 1st impression may have been wrong but elected to find room elsewhere.

The breakfast was good. Our only complaint is that the website says they have a hot tub. They do not. Other than false advertising, it was a decent, average stay.

Appalling hotel. In an extremely poor condition, peeling wallpaper which was stapled back to the wall everywhere on level 2. General cleanliness standard far below acceptable, dusty,cobwebs, dirty splashes on walls. Pool not operational and looked like it hadn’t been opened up at all this year although it was May and the outside temperature was 89f. Guest computer not working either. Our room (209) had mould on the ceiling. Also very overpriced for this standard of hotel.

This hotel is in abysmal condition, though they are currently renovating it. Nowhere near Hampton brand standards. Peeling wallpaper, dinged up furniture, ants everywhere, fire alarm went off this morning. Not recommended. There was hot water. HVAC works. Should’ve been renovated 5-10 years ago. Not recommended.

Hotel is under renovation. Third floor is completely closed, workers start beating and banging at 7 am. 2nd floor is a wreck. Wallpaper is falling off. Light fixtures hanging by wires. Note to hotels and restaurants: if and when you remodel, just go ahead and close completely, do the job, then reopen. You’ll lose less business in the end.
