整體還比較滿意，畢竟是哈素海條件最好的酒店之一了，入住的當晚剛好空調不太好，不過攜程後台和前台都很積極的解決了問題，讓人感覺不錯👍

網上搜到的看着挺好其實酒店和温泉裏都比較老舊破，外面更是一片破敗各種荒廢了，衹有室內温泉開放，其他都是荒廢的。

大床房無外窗，體感很悶！電視不工作！温泉衹營業到晚上8點半，池子貌似很多，實際開的很少，而且沒有水温適時顯示，石板床更是不熱。

是我有生以來住的最差的酒店，沒有之一。首先設施極其老舊，衞生環境極其糟糕，沒有吹風機，沒有電話，不能看電視，毛巾是黃黃的，地毯上有指甲。其次，沒有服務，房間旁邊不知道什麼東西響了一宿，完全無法入睡。沒有樓層服務員沒有前台服務員，找不到人解決問題。早晨6點多，找到前台服務員，説讓我們自己給樓層服務員打電話，找樓層服務員樓層服務員説是白班的，不管夜班的事兒，並且找不到主管。最後是温泉部的賈經理給解決的問題，客房部無人露面。最終總結一句話，這種酒店趁早倒閉。

温泉還可以，小朋友玩水還比較開心。
二樓有兩個桌球桌子一個乒乓球桌子，兩塊小童樂園，幾乎沒人，小朋友去玩專屬樂園的感覺。
四樓早餐10元一人，但是一個人一個饅頭一個雞蛋，奶茶小米無線續
房間挺大的，不過酒店時間就，下水費勁，我們洗澡完了水要滲一會才下去。
一句話，泡温泉可以有，住宿就不建議了。

房間衞生不太好，入住時來的較晚，帶孩子需先補張温泉票方可入住。告知早餐8點左右 ，按點去的時候衹剩殘羹冷炙。
