On arriving at Las Pyramides we were met in the dirty Reception by staff with a totally "Couldnt care less" attitude. We had to stand and wait to be checked in while they finished chatting to the "entertainment" staff. We were directed to a room stinking of drains and hot as a greenhouse. No ai-rconditioning we were told. We asked could we be moved to a room on the other side of the building then more in the shade. They very reluctantly moved us and said that they did have rooms with air conditioning on the top floor, but none were available and anyway would cost an extra £12 a day. We complained to Jet2 customer services as no rep was available on site for 3 days. After too long a deabcle to go into we didnt get moved. We could hire a portable fan for £20 a week, non refundable, WiFii also was extra every day,TV was extra every day. Then there was the "food". It was disgraceful. Always luke warm, always tasteless or cooked til like leather. Even the salad was tasteless!! The cleaners didnt change towels or the bins for 3 days and the smell in the bathroom was horrendous. We had to complain to the rep just to get our room cleaned! Do not stay at this hotel. Its the worst Ive ever stayed in.

We had a lovely time in La Blanche. Reception staff made our holiday. We were greeted by a very helpful gentleman from dayshift, his name started with G (I'm really sorry that I forgot his name). He was able to check us in early and upgraded us. After a long night of flying with small children, he was our savior! Throughout our week, he was there to make our stay really pleasant. We mainly stayed at the main restaurant and were pleased with the food there. Staff there were very friendly and accompanying. They made sure our kids were always cared for. Our biggest thank you goes to the lovely girl from Kazakhstan who worked on the outside tables. While the hotel is not large in size, everything was good. The seaside and the swings were our favorite place. The only thing that didn't work our was the weather. As we were visiting during end of the season, we got a very windy and first chillier week. As the sea was getting colder, we were sad to find out that both the indoor pool and outdoor pools were unheated which meant my kids couldn't really swim. I visited hammam in the spa area as well and was very happy with the foam massage and the gentleman from the spa reception. Would highly recommend! Luckily when it got windier, we could enjoy the breathtaking view to the sea and close by islands. Thanks to the upgrade we were in spacious family rooms and couldn't be happier. Thank you!

We stayed in August 2024 with our family so two families of four, This resort really ticked every box and have got it right on so many levels. We both had rooms at the far end of the pool overlooking all the way to the sea. If you were being picky and I’m sure the hotel have it on their agenda, the rooms need a refresh as does the reception desk and maybe the floor below plus the main inside of the restaurant. Just looking a little dated but nevertheless spotlessly clean and didn’t affect our stay at all. What they should consider in the family rooms is to replace the rock hard sofa beds that are made into two singles into two proper single beds as there is space in room. The food was superb and we loved the way the hotel had built its own selection of restaurants by their own private beach. What was incredible was the night menu which runs from one of these from 10pm-7am which meant for the first time ever after arriving after the main restaurant had shut, we are offered a freshly cooked meal which was most welcome after a long day travelling. The swimming pool was lovely and warm. We did find the sun loungers too crammed in so spent all of our week based at the private beach and it was so relaxing and the water was warm and so incredibly calm. For us this was such a perfect spot. Little touches like the swings in the sea are lovely and bottles of water being available to just pick up when needed. Such a basic thing but missed by so many hotels. We loved the restaurant by the beach where we just ordered our lunch and it came freshly cooked. The waiters on rollerblades were cool. We never had to queue for drinks and we loved the bar where you could pick up a selection of fresh fruit/waffles, help yourself to ice lollies etc. The gozleme offering is lovely too. Staff are delightful and a special mention to ismail and Gulkan. Ismail spotted one evening as a family of 8 we had to sit separately and ensured the next night we had a table of 8! You can walk into the town centre in 10mins, it’s quite a dark and uneven path but easy enough and there were areas which were smart and a selection of shops. We took a private transfer to Bodrum and really enjoyed having a wander round the market and the main areas. This resort truly is All inclusive and we really loved our stay. They have got it right on so many levels. We would 100% stay again and all had such a lovely relaxing week, it was just so easy to just relax and have fun here

We are here now and haven’t been impressed at all Entertainment non existent, kids are bored stiff unless you pay £10 for table tennis or £10 for 1 hour pool Food is average apart from the restaurants however to get in them you have to queue from 9 when it opens at 10am, we have queued for 30 mins twice to be told sorry fully booked. Now they have closed 3 completely ready to shut down not respecting the people that have paid to be here Rooms are ok and cleaners have been fine All inclusive plus is a con, only branded spirits are Smirnoff and Ballentine . Gin is that bad they clean the bar areas with it! All i hear is ‘end of season’ ‘end of season’ but this doesnt make the holiday any better. Turgutreis is lovely but the hotel is 3 star at a push

Nearing the end of our stay here at la Blanche resort. 2 family’s of 3 including a 7 and 13 year old. Disappointed in the hotel to be honest, definitely not 5 a star hotel - more like 3, and that’s not an exaggeration. Kids have been bored stiff, hero looks like he does his best but is obviously on his own with a hotel of kids. Night time entertainment is shocking. It’s Karaoke now and that’s it, all crammed inside directly outside the entrance to the main restaurant…. Rooms are large, aircon doesn’t work in everyone in the hotel I’ve spoke to, bathrooms and decor dated, all yellow lights. Room maid was lovely. Beach is nice and the view spectacular of a night. Pool looks ok however absolutely freezing, thought the indoor pool would be ok for the kids seeing as the time of the year, but that’s just as bad. Sea is warmer than both. Food is ok, snack bars are good. We would not have booked this hotel and feel like we was misled by the facilities and the rating. Games room closed. Have to pay for the pool tables and table tennis equipment…. The gym is old and battered. Had a great discounted massage in the spa today because it is finishing soon. All inclusive plus, what even is that because they clean the bars with most spirits they’re that bad.

Not a five star resort 3 star plus at the most Food cold , rooms not very clean, bathrooms full of mould and patch repaired tiles. Entertainment non existent and very poor at best. Dinner is at 7pm where all guests rush the main dining area .. this needs to be earlier opening times . Alcohol is of very poor standard and ran out constantly with it not being replaced. Bar staff moody and spoke very little English. Pool area was messy with spillages not cleaned up.

The hotel has plenty of facilities to cater for everyone’s needs. Private beach was perfect and the sea swings were an added bonus. Hotel was spotless at all times. Great selection of food and drinks. Varied entertainment of an evening: dancers & live music. Pool was inaccessible in October as it was freezing. Sea was warmer. Unfortunately, no porters to guide you to your room so struggled to find our room on arrival as the hotel is massive. Spa treatments were a bit pricey.

Overall it was nice holiday, the weather was amazing. The hotel has good location,it has private beach, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, lots of sunbeds, sauna, spa. The outdoor pool was cold so we used indoor pool. The view is amazing, the beach was clean. - Rooms are basic, but clean. Towels changed, fridge refilled, shampoo/gel shower was not problem. - Food is OK, there is something to eat for everyone. There were 3 a la carte restarants, but you have got to queue downstairs for about 40 min -1 hour to book it. Never seen this before, why do we need to waist 1 hour of our holday time just to get something that supposedly included in package holiday we booked. - Animation team is the worst I ever seen. I didn't spot any activities for adults during the day such like yoga, zumba, aquafit. Nothing for kids besides 15 min (exactly, not exaggeration) mini disco at night time. During the day kids club was open for couple hours but not every day. T-shirt painting around the pool cost £10, I was told only post factum when my child had started. It would be nice to know upfront about the cost so guests could make informed choice. And overall, kids entertainment staff were really tired and not interested in kids. I do understand, it is end of season, but our kids were waiting for holiday as well. - Evening entertainment - not enough room to see a program. Long queue to the bar. Drinks overall were OK. I am not sure about the name, Tunisian guy in entertainment team, who is DJ or something like this. He is very rude, judgemental and pushy, it looks like he hates all the guests for one or another reason and everyone/everything is a trouble for him, he has anger manager issue and don't think he should work in this field. - Other staff - bar staff, restaurant staff, receptionists, cleaners, spa staff are amazing. They are hard working and tried their best to do our holiday nice and comfortable to the extent they are capable too. Thank you for our experience in Turkey. Have a deserved rest and good luck in new season.

We stayed here as a family of 7 for 7 nights in October and I can't say any of us felt like we had been on the 5 star holiday we paid for!! Pools - these were absolutely freezing! My kids love being in the water on holiday but after 2 days of braving the cold they refused to get back in again...this was even worse if you didn't manage to reserve a sunbed in the sun, you were left trying to dry off and warm up in the shade. The kids pool is tiny, you'd be lucky if there was 15 sunbeds around the small area and the slides could do with updating. Food and drink - The restaurant was packed for the small time it was open, the hours available are not long enough to cater for the capacity of the hotel while making it am enjoyable experience. Drinks were non existent, no water available at the bar so we had to chase down the waiting staff and it would still be hit or miss if a drink arrived. The kids buffet didn't exist and the main buffet was yesterday's food reheated or thrown into a casserole. The snack bar was a lovely area and ordering through the QR code was so easy however, not once during the whole stay did we have our complete order. We would have to reorder our dishes that didn't arrive and if it had sold out nobody would tell you. I wouldn't even bother ordering drinks with food, easier and faster to stand in the long queue at the bar. The Turkish restaurant was lovely but really hard to book, we queued for 1 hour to get a booking but was definitely the best food we had all week...the Italian was the complete opposite, after asking for our drinks 3 times we got them half way through our main meal. The menu was not you would expect from a typical Italian. The hotel describes so many different options for snacks but not everything was available during the week we were there. There was a good selection of ice cream by the snack bar and the waffles were lovely. Entertainment- we didn't once manage to get a seat inside to watch the entertainment because the hotel didn't have the space to cater for the capacity. People were sat on the floor or ledges. This was OK if you could stand the smell of the inside and the long queue at the bar!! Daytime entertainment was non existent, this may have been because it is end of season but I was disappointed to find out not everything described as available with the booking operator was available at the hotel. The games room was closed off and pool was £10 for 1 hour. Rooms - the room size was good, plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 child in our room. The beds were comfortable and the cleaners kept everything tidy and stocked. They are a bit tired looking and in need of a refurbishment. Spa - I visited the spa to be told the sauna and steam room were no extra cost but were broken so the only option was to pay for treatments but not have the full use of the spa!! Staff - the lack of staff around the hotel was evident in the queues for drinks, the wait for food or the lack or service available arou
