Popular Turin 4-star Hotels

This was our third visit to this hotel and as always we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival our allocated room was not very good but it was changed quickly and easily by the front desk staff. The replacement room was good and modern. The only complaint we have is that the shower cubicle is far too small. Large people will have great difficulty getting in and out let alone actually washing. Additionally the hotels location is good, being close the Porta Susa railway station. No need for a taxi. The restaurant across the road is recommended as is the Sushi restaurant just around the corner at the top of the Via Cernaia. Turin is nice city with not too many tourists and wealth of excellent places to see and places to eat at. We have been visiting Turin for 16 years as our son lives here - we love it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really sizeable and offer good value. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all super friendly(speaking English) and helpful. The hotel is 100 meters from the very efficient subway system which we used to get to the historic centre and to and from dinner - as easiest to avoid trying to find a parking spot in town for the car (the hotel offers free parking). The hotel complex in the old FIAT factory includes a shopping mall, supermarket, the roof race track an art museum and a conference centre.

Very good, the breakfast is good and the variety is richer. The night view of the room looking out is not bad.

Firstly I’ve got to say for the price we paid for a package city break this hotel was a great all round hotel to stay in. We paid £100 pp from BA Holidays for two nights in an executive room including flights so I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be much to be fair but it was lovely. We arrived on the Friday early afternoon and room 611 was ready for us our only complaints are non air conditioning in the hotel so we slept with the window open. No dressing gowns or slippers like the Novotel hotel website states. Plug didn’t fit the bath and when we arrived we checked the mini bar and prices. We put our own two bottles of water in the fridge for when we came back later we had a drink but no our waters had disappeared along with a rogue apple that was already in there. Luckily we had a kettle for coffee (even though Accor hotel states it should have a coffee machine) Putting aside our moans the hotel is clean, furniture is clean, bed is firm with firm pillows I slept quite well both nights. Breakfast is plentiful with loads of choice my favourite were the marmalade filled croissants they were delicious. Staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back and would be happy to stay again if the price is right Thank you for a great stay The hotel is a distance from central Turin but the tram station is up the road make sure you have cash to purchase a ticket from the tobacconists cost 3 euros 60 for 2x 100 minutes tickets just tap on and tap off when leaving. Taxis and Ubers work out expensive if using all the time.

What a brilliant hotel - a real unexpected gem. We stayed here in Turin for 4 nights and were honestly blown away by the quality of this hotel - especially as it was within budget. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, very modern, and even boasts a fabulous rooftop solarium that has Bali beds, a hammock, sun beds and a jacuzzi pool. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, a large, immaculate bathroom - and black out shutters that provided a wonderfully in disturbed sleep. Our room was silent - no noise from outside or from other guests. It was cleaned to a high standard every day and was immaculate in every way. It’s been one of our favourite stays anywhere to date. The staff are friendly, helpful and a real joy to interact with. We happily sat at night in one of the two lounge areas and felt relaxed and happy there. There were so many lovely touches that just made our stay extra special. and we really didn’t want to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who might be going to Turin on a city break or for business. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well. This is hotel really lives up to its 4 stars, and it’s such good value for money. It’s situated right next to the cathedral and is easy walking distance of everything. The architecture is stunning. The receptionist was charming, and made every effort to accommodate us, especially as my husband has a disability. Access and parking were easy. The rooms are well equipped with different glasses, cups, kettle, Lavazza coffee machine (this is Turin) , well stocked mini bar, fluffy towels, very comfy bed. The bar is pleasant and there is an atrium garden for when it’s warmer. Our dinner in the restaurant was interesting: it’s modern Italian cooking, but good and reasonably priced. If you want traditional Piedmontese food there is a square around the corner with multiple bars and restaurants. At our request the receptionist arranged a private car tour of Turin because my husband cannot walk very far. All done with efficiency and charm. We can’t rate this hotel highly enough.

I stayed here for 2 nights and this hotel is a charm! The location is ideal. The rooms were clean and elegant. The decor was magnificent. The spa is simply out of the world. The breakfast was one of the best. If you are in Turino, you gotta stay here.

Location is great near Porta Nuova rail station, and minutes walk to Via Roma and the wonderful piazzas of Turin. It is always a pleasure to stay at a renovated hotel. The rooms are clean bright and spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious, clean and very comfortable Bed was very comfy Breakfast could be better, as well as waiters attitude. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful, but we have to mention one mostly unpleasant employee whose attitude was not less than disgusting. Since we had to leave, after 2 nights stay, at 2:00 am, we asked upon our arrival, and received the permission to stay at the lobby till our taxi arrives. As we returned to the hotel around 11:00pm, asking for our luggage, this employee explained us that it is not normal to sit in the lobby for 3 hours, while he fas free rooms upstairs. We teravel really a lot, and met different attitudes at hotels, but I cannot remember anything so shameful. Only after I asked if he was actually evicting us, he replied no, and repeated twice that it was not normal or acceptable. I really want to believe that this is an exception.

Excellent hotel with super central location and nice rooms. Also the breakfast is very rich and tasty, better than some 5 star hotels in turin. The breakfast also features local specialities which you won't get at other hotels in turin. In addition the staff is extremely friendly, especially the woman at the reception. I would definitely come again.

There are 12 stations from Xinmen Railway Station, but it takes 16 minutes to get there. There is a subway line in Turin, and you have to start from Xinmen wherever you go. The room is good and you can see the Alps Snow Mountain. There is a big bakery nearby to solve breakfast, there is a small local treasure restaurant, the aunt does not speak English, the menu can barely understand some, the dishes are first-class, seafood noodles and pizza are first-class
